    My stay was Fair, not...

    Pros: I love that the location was right near the ocean.
    Cons: I did not like that my room was not properly cleaned. We found a ring under the covers in one of the beds. We asked for fresh linens for the beds and received them 3 hours later after consistently having to call. We seen roaches in the room also.

    Bad house keeper

    Pros: Everything was great as always! Ocean front, heated pools, clean, what staff we talked to was very nice!
    Cons: We needed pillows and blanket set for the 3rd bed. It took over 5 hours, 4 calls to the front desk, 4 visits to the front desk, before we just got blankets! Drove for 7 hours, and didn't get to go to sleep til after 2 am and then get up early to check out. Didn't have pillows to sleep on. Used a rolled up blanket for pillows. The house keeping guy, not saying his name, we saw just hanging out ignoring his radio. He didn't care to do his job. I was furious!! But the front desk guy held us back some blankets he had down there for us to use.

    I like staying here every...

    Pros: Great location, family friendly
    Cons: The office staff was very rude!!! During our checking time Saturday we called over the phone and the girl was extremely rude. The check out staff was nice. Also we called 2 days prior to ask if dog were allowed they said the hotel was not dog friendly, But yet we arrived and we counted 6 different Dogs at the hotel/establishment I was very disappointed.

    Comfortable, good food and friendly...

    Pros: We liked the staff, beds were comfortable and room was updated.
    Cons: That some pools and hot tubs were STILL closed! The past 2-3 times we have gone the they have been closed. I also didn't like the room with the beds by the window! We usually get the room with the bedroom with no windows and that's what showed on the site when booking so im not sure why we didn't get that room.

    Pros: Room was fine, pool was fine and location is ok.
    Cons: Needed more staff. Took too long to get checked in and not enough staff to even bring fresh towels and wash clothes to us. Received towels hours after we called the front desk for them and no wash clothes were ever brought to us and we asked 3 times.

    We will be back to...

    Pros: Breakfast Buffet and overall amenities. It's sad because I've visited for many years before Covid and we loved the place. It just is no longer a restful retreat
    Cons: Kids throwing food from multiple floors down into the whirlpools and roof of indoor whirlpool. Continuous odor of marijuana during these times. The "Crow's nest" needs to upgrade their Menu and better prepare their food.

    I love the ocean and...

    Pros: All of the staff was exceptional the entire time. Everyone was very helpful!
    Cons: I didn’t like how I was separated from my kids in a diff building. We came down for baseball and I stayed at the same hotel to be with my kid and we were still in different buildings.

    Pros: The view of the ocean
    Cons: The room smelled like a combination of urine and cigarette smoke. I had to go buy tons of air freshers. The sheets were not clean. And when I had a do not disturb sign on the door, housekeeping came in anyway. I called and complained. A manager was supposed to come right up and talk to me. They never showed up.
