Cons: The carpet in front of the bathroom was wet and the toilet was clogged.

Cons: I booked on Booking.com several weeks in advance. A couple of days before arriving I called to confirm reservations. It was evening time. When I gave booking.com confirmation number she said they did not have one. She checked by name and said they did not have one. I told her that I booked on booking .com she said they cannot se reservations from a 3rd party. I asked then how do know you even have a reservation? You have to have something to reserve the room. (I did not want to get my card charged for a reservation that was not cancelled - even though she said I did not have one) SHE HUNG UP ON ME! It was too close to Thanksgiving to get something else. She could have made a reservation right there and said she would have a manger check to make sure there was not a double booking. SHE JUST HUNG UP - Very unprofessional. I came in that following morning to talk to the manager but asked to check if there was a reservation which there was. when we arrived to check in the front desk clerk was very friendly. He gave us the room number and was helpful. We got to the room and it was not even cleaned. Beds were not made. There were not even sheets on the beds. We asked him if housekeeping could get it cleaned but they were already gone. The front desk clerk was apologetic and gave another room to stay in. When family came to see us before we left they knew about the room move but did not know the room number. When they asked the morning clerk who was "busy" decorating the lobby for the holiday. She refused to give them the room number or even call the room she told them rudely to use their cell phone. YOUR FEMALE STAFF SUCK AND NEED TO LEARN BASIC MANNERS.

Cons: My bathroom ceiling was dirty, and ceiling was peeling, my remote for tv wasn’t operating properly, the hallway on my floor was “ Way to hot”, my refrigerator needed defrosted in the freezer,the hand sanitizers by elevator and on floors were empty,and my shower rod was so tacky looking for reinforcing mounting bracing.and breakfast food was cold and the people in there had kids running wild and noisy.
