Great place to stay!!!!

Pros: The staff was very nice, knowledgeable and helpful.. The room was nice and clean the bed was very comfortable. No loud neighbors I will say this is a great place. We hesitated at first but after reading the reviews, we gave it a chance and they did not disappoint.

Pros: It's close to Baseball spring training stadiums. Pretty quiet area, not far from Tampa International Airport. Good free breakfast, not just cereal and packaged items but hot items. Beds were very comfortable and the best part, my Son enjoyed it.

Pros: The pool and hot tube and how clean everything was and very nice staff they treated us like family

Cons: My wife noticed that one of the food servers was picking his nose and never changed his glove and he continued to handle the food

Pros: Not far from airport, spacious & clean room, good facilities, and reception was very kind when we arrived late at night from a delayed flight.

Cons: Couldn't figure out how to adjust the fan - it was really cold when we arrived and we couldn't get it to stop blowing cold air so I was freezing all night.

Pros: The staff was kind and helped when we had our noise issue. The room was average but comfortable for a quick stay if you just need a place to stay while on vacation.

Cons: Please be aware the walls are EXTREMELY paper thin. We had an issue with our neighbors in the room next door throughout our first night. VERY uncomfortable hearing inappropriate noise from the next room as if we were right next to them we heard EVERYTHING. Be aware you will hear neighboring rooms and you may have issues with privacy. Although after not being able to sleep, staff was willing to help confront them regarding the noise and was willing to potentially ask them to leave if necessary.

Cons: I recently stayed at Comfort Suites Tampa Airport North and was greatly disappointed by my experience, prompting me to write this review. On my third night, I requested that my room be refreshed, expecting a basic level of service. Unfortunately, what followed was a shocking oversight: the sheets were changed, but the replacements had blood stains on them. This was not only unsettling but also raised serious concerns about the hygiene standards being upheld at the hotel. Further complicating matters was my interaction with the hotel's management. When I approached the manager, who I believe was of Indian descent, to discuss the various issues I encountered in my room, her demeanor was less than professional. Instead of addressing my concerns with the seriousness they warranted, she exhibited a dismissive attitude, leaving me feeling disregarded and frustrated. Adding to my dissatisfaction was a malfunctioning bathroom toilet. The flushing mechanism was unpredictable, working sporadically at best. Most times, it failed to function properly, which is a basic necessity for any hotel guest. Overall, my stay at Comfort Suites Tampa Airport North was marred by these negative experiences. From the disturbing lack of cleanliness to the unsatisfactory customer service and inadequate facilities, it fell short of the standard one would expect from a reputable hotel. I hope this feedback prompts the hotel to make the necessary improvements to ensure that future guests do not have to endure a similar experience.
