Not happy with our stay...

Pros: The location was great

Cons: Rat poop and roaches. Pull out couch mattress fell on the floor.

Disappointing

Cons: No hot water, advertised provided breakfast not available since covid. Worst hotel mattress ever, slept on rocks more comfortable.

Pros: Outside looks great but once you enter man it’s rough. I know motel 6’s aren’t 5 star or anything near it but the ones I’ve had to stay at cause that’s all the town offers were way better than this one. Smells as soon as you walk in. Shower didn’t get hot in room 223. Pool was absolutely filthy

Cons: Pandemic is over,bring the breakfast back or quit advertising u have it. Now your just scamming people with false advertisements. Put furniture like a couch or comfortable chair in rooms. Rooms seem bare.

Pros: They are charging me more than what the price is on booking also they are trying to charge a deposit for service animals because the manager lady Gwen who is very rude and obnoxious said she went up there and said that my dog peed on the bed and in the floor the spot she's talking about on the bed is a big old yellow saying that was on the sheets that I brought to their attention not from my animal using the restroom on the bed because when I went to go in my room where the stain was on the sheets a dog took a poop in the hallway right in front of the door where I could not go in there I stayed an additional four nights from when she's saying this happened and she didn't charge a deposit then I went back the other night and was going to stay there and that's when they told me I couldn't stay unless I paid a $50 deposit for my service animals because they use the bathroom on the bed which they did not because my animals are housebroken and if they did use the bathroom on the bed or in the floor I'd already been staying at this motel like a week prior to this so they would have had an accident prior to that day but there wasn't and they want to charge me a deposit and say my dog party on the bed when they don't even clean the rooms properly the last room we stayed in there was blood splatter all over the wall that wasn't even dried or cleaned up because I accidentally touched it and it smeared on my finger and it's against the law for them to charge a deposit for any service animal whether they have accidents or not you should have someone go look at these rooms some of them are very clean but most of them have blood smears on the walls stuff splattered all over the walls ceilings falling in people out front sitting on the bench smoking marijuana their washer and dryers they have for public use are disgusting and all this manager lady Gwen does this complain about everything that you do but when you bring stuff like this to her...

Cons: Blood on the walls dirty washer and dryers rude manager the elevator was broken for over a week and you had to walk up and down the stairs and carry all your stuff up there and it seems like they always wanted to put us on the third floor when they had availabilities on the first and second floor I know they did
