Pros: Being near a Texas Roadhouse was great. Easy to friend. Nice front desk person when we arrived.

Cons: All the pillows were lumpy and awful. The bed was noisy- maybe had a waterproof cover on it? No place to put your soap when showering. Major networks weren’t available on the TV.

Pros: The size of the room was incredibly spacious. It took me by surprise at first when there was a big living room area and then a separate bedroom.

Cons: Starting with breakfast, the breakfast was decent but definitely not the best.There were no scrambled eggs, the juice tasted really water down, the hot water was warm, and I had better breakfast at cheaper hotels. The front desk receptionists (both PM and AM) and the hotel manager were very rude. They did not allow me a chance to speak completely without interrupting me, and they always felt the need to correct me on small details. My first room that I had Friday night was very hot, and I could not adjust the temperature at all. It got up to seventy seven degrees. When I expressed to the evening receptionist about the thermostat issue,, she was quick to cut me off and said that there was no maintenance staff are available and it would have to be handled in the morning. When I asked to have a room change, I was informed that the rooms were booked for the night. Yet, she was sitting in the chair with her hair pulled back sweating heavily. The following morning on Saturday, I brought the issue up to one of the front desk receptionists and asked to speak to the manager, and she felt the need to correct me about the title of the hotel manager. Then, I spoke directly to the Indian hotel manager, and she was so quick to cut me off and not listen to my needs. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she wanted to put me in a different room, downsizing me from a king suite to queen. Also, they were making up every excuse as to why they could not refund my money because it was through a third party. Regardless, the hotel gets my funds from my two nights nonetheless. Later on that day, I was informed that I needed to go somewhere and allow maintenance to work the room for four hours to allow them to install the new system. I was in the process of getting ready for an outing with my friends to the anime convention. Unfortunately, I felt like I had to settle, and I ended up being relocated to the queen suite.
