Blindsided by a 250 cash...

Cons: Upon arrival I was told I had to pay an additional 250 cash deposit that I was unaware of I had made the reservation through booking and it didn’t say anywhere that I was to also have 250 cash deposit. Needless to say my kids and I had to drive home and it broke my heart. Why would they not inform me of this when I booked the room? I would have been able to avoid a lot of tears and frustration and a very badly ruined experience for my kids and I: the lady at the front desk was kind enough to offer to cancel the room and not charge me (please help me figure this out) I don’t feel it was fair to blindside me like that and if this is a rule it should have been made apparent before a non refundable stay was purchased This was very upsetting and I couldn’t hardly understand how this happened and why I was unaware. It was devastating to say the least and i hope that they are at least able to cancel without charging me for the room that Would be an even more devastating blow. Very upsetting I’ve never been more humiliated and hurt in my entire life. Keep in mind for the future to avoid any other families from something similar it was awful. I’m a single mom and we were staying there to get away for Easter and remember their deceased father (military survivors here) it sounds awful right?? It very much was and I would hope to at least be refunded or not charged and maybe in the future I will be able to remedy this awful experience but as of right now I find it very unforgivable to do to someone with little kids who did everything right it still makes me sick to think about m. Sad Easter .

Pros: Location is great, right off the freeway but very quiet in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had great selection and area was clean and neat. We had dinner at the Mexican restaurant next door, Fiesta Bonita, food was excellent and plentiful, staff was very friendly and service was quick.

Cons: The only downside for us was that the coffeemaker was located in the bathroom on the counter next to the toilet. Didn’t feel it was a hygenic place to put it

Pros: Everything was well the room was clean and cozy no questions about it. I liked the staff all the way to everything else.

Cons: Perhaps the price but worth it at the end of the day!

Pros: The pool was working for the kids, the staff was mainly pretty amazing, but your housekeeping needs an overhaul. I had to buy my own Swiffer and toilet plunger and clean my damn self!. My room wouldn’t even ring to the desk!
