Pros: The staff is very professional and available to solve any problem. A lot of kindness and courtesy that made me feel like a pleasant place. Very good breakfast at a more than normal level. Thank you for having very polite and courteous staff working.

Hotel's Cost Savings and Increased...

Pros: Location, 2 comfortable queen beds, 4 pillows per bed, 2 comfortable hypoallergenic bed pillows, hypoallergenic comforter, no Down and no feathers Comforter, padded bench, pod decaf coffee and coffeemaker in room, lighting in bathroom, quiet room location in hotel, Dove soap dispensers in bathroom sink and tub areas, no rug areas, 1 billiard table in lobby, breakfast, breakfast eating area, and most importantly the very attentive morning Housekeeping Manager who listened carefully to my suggestions for improving hotel cost savings and reducing employee sicktime and increasing hotel bookings who said these were great bottomline cost saving and increased business ideas for the hotel and was going to bring this to the attention of the hotel manager.

Cons: I booked through 3rd party in the morning of my stay through www.booking.com, and I requested in writing feather-free (hypoallergenic) bed pillows and feather-free comforter/bedding due to my allergies to feathers of any kind. However, my room had 2 feather pillows plus 2 feather-free (hypoallergenic) pillows on each of the 2 beds. The air quality in the room had been compromised due to the feather pillows. All rooms had two feather pillows on each bed. When bringing the feather pillows to the front desk about 9 pm hour, they didn't know where Housekeeping kept the hypoallergenic pillows and so just took the 4 feather pillows from my husband to get them out of our room. Also, rugs are not hypoallergenic, and replacing rugs with either luxury vinyl laminate and/or tile flooring would be hypoallergenic and easier/faster to clean, hence, cost saving for your hotel. Hypoallergenic rooms/flooring would allow for more guests at your hotel, which would increase your business. Flooring throughout the hotel's common areas should be without rugs. I am involved with the Asthma and Allergy Foundation in New Hampshire. All I would have to do is notify that organization that your hotel is hypoallergenic, and your hotel would have more guests filling your hotel rooms. The No Pets and No Smoking is fabulous for guests and all employees, some who have not yet made the connection between allergic reactions requiring sick days, due to the pillow/comforter feathers and rugs and pets. This affects both your hotel employees and hotel guests. What "you" (your hotel) don't know may hurt "you" (in terms of your hotel's profits). Looking forward to these improvements in future stays. The location of your hotel is great being nearby the Amtrak AutoTrain and just 6 miles or 13 minutes away from Mike's American Grill restaurant.

Cons: Room was reasonably wheelchair accessible, but the bathtub was not (no bench, high tub side to step over). Otherwise the hotel was very clean and accessible, including the breakfast room.
