    Bad, the area got flooded....

    Cons: The area is low and it got flooded during our stay. I have to move my car to higher ground, and go through the flood just to navigate to the hotel back. Several cars got flooded in the parking lot.

    Cons: Flooding when it rains. To the point your car will be under water and you will wade in a foot of water to get in and out of the hotel. They offered no compensation at all. My clothes were soaked, shoes ruined and they couldn't care less. Ruined my weekend. Note this was the only flooded out area in the plaza. It is close to a strip mall. The lots flow into one another. The stores were fine. There was no forewarning this can happen either. No "do not park here during rain" signs. "Possibly flooding" etc. It was a saftey hazzard walking into the hotel because you have no idea whats in the water or where walkways, landscapeing or steps are. No cones were put out and no wet floor signs inside the hotel. There could have been electrical hazzards or more. They refused to refund us our money and offer no empathy or compensation what so ever. I should have suspended something because they have air freshener pumping through the hotel. I guessing to hide the mildew smell. My husband immediately had a reaction when we got there but I thought maybe he was getting a cold. This "cold" cleared up as soon as we left. Consumer beware! for $262 PLUS a $100 hold on my credit card for possible damages I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

    Pros: Small but mighty! Centrally located to where we needed to be and lots of food options nearby
    Cons: Had a screaming neighbor the last night. Staff had to have seen it on camera but I’m not sure anything was done.

    Great view, free parking, great...

    Pros: The breakfast was pretty decent, I didn't need to eat any other meals until dinner. I quite liked having a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. I just went to Whole Foods that was nearby, grabbed 2 nights of food and ate that instead of eating out. The hotel is next to a strip of restaurants and Trader Joe's, so that is also pretty convenient. Most importantly, the BED was VERY comfortable! It was one of the best beds I have ever slept in. I also enjoyed the views from my room and free parking. I didn't go to NYC as that wasn't the reason of my trip, so can't speak about public transportation.
    Cons: Nothing important but there was a piece of raisin on the floor from the previous guests. I think the room was clean enough though. Just an oversight as the carpet is the same colour as raisins.
