The company was launched to be able to fill in the gap in proving more lodging facilities to a growing demand in the mid-range hotel brands in the United States.     Meh!

    Pros: The location was good in relation to the business at hand.
    Cons: The hotel was being renovated during my stay. If I had known this, I wouldn't have stayed here. There was no mention of the renovations during the booking process.

    Cozy stay

    Pros: Complimentary breakfast was great, there was a different flavour of waffles every day, coffee and tea were provided too. The room was generally clean and comfortable. Service by the staff was great
    Cons: The chair that was in the room gave off an unpleasant smell. Otherwise, the rest of the room was generally clean.

    Pros: employees were friendly, location was great, breakfast was nice.
    Cons: the room wasn't as clean as it could have been. Dirt buildup in the bathroom floors, the toilet was insanely low, there were no safety features in the bathroom. The elevator was also extra slow.

    Ok is the best way...

    Pros: The breakfast was ok. When they were at the desk, the front staff were considerate.
    Cons: Secure the front entrance. I went out and back in several minutes later and saw no one. This occurred more than once.

    Great experience; maybe book directly...

    Pros: The treats and coffee/lemon water were welcome after a day of traveling. The room was clean and comfortable. The hot breakfast exceeded expectations. We were staying during a non-busy week for Clemson and it was quiet. They let us check in 50 minutes early and check out was as simple as dropping the room keys in a bucket. The staff members were pleasant.
    Cons: Check-in didn't go smoothly since I booked through a 3rd party. Instructions from Booking.com were not clear to the receptionist and a phone call from me to Booking and then from Booking to the hotel was necessary. By the time we got to our room we were rushed to dress for an event.

    Pros: Not much
    Cons: Was given a normal room instead of the sweet I paid for. Was told I would receive a partial refund but haven’t received anything. Room and bathroom was dirty with stains on the walls. Overall looked like the hotel needed to be updated.
