Cons: The person checking me in, Elliot, was quite vile and creepy. He treated me like a thief at first, even though I was so kind to him during our interactions. When I entered, the desk clerk, Elliot, was not even present at the front desk! There was no sign on the front desk that anyone had stepped out. I had to call the hotel to get Elliot to come out to the front desk. When I checked in, Elliot made a big deal about refusing to accept my credit card for payment because the first name didn't match to my driver's license, even though the last names were the same. My credit card has my nickname on it. I have stayed at numerous Comfort Inns the last couple of years, and this has never been an issue. I obviously used my credit card to book my reservation, but then, because of Elliot's rude power trip, I was forced to use my debit card, which doesn't have the sizable cash back that my on file credit card on the booking app has. I also asked Elliot for just an extra pillow or two, but he creepily refused, saying that the hotel doesn't carry extra pillows. I have always received extra pillows at every single Comfort Inn I have stayed at, which struck me as rather suspicious that front desk clerk Elliot was on a totally unwarranted power trip and refusing to treat me like a human being. I think I will be referring this particular hotel to the Better Business Bureau because of your employee Elliot's vile, creepy behavior.

Pros: I did not get to stay at this hotel because my reservation was apparently through a 3rd party and the property never received my reservation. I had to leave after already paying in full through the Booking.com app! The property was nice enough to write me a letter stating they never received the reservation and was very apologetic even though it was not her fault at all.

Cons: This property is beautiful, quiet and peaceful! I have stayed here sooo many times and they never fail to meet or exceed expectations!

Pros: The breakfast was like most free breakfast. The eggs taste like powdered eggs, biscuits were cold, gravy was plain, the sausage tasted broiled. I didn’t pick the hotel for food but because it was close to where I was visiting.
