    Pros: Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and nothing ever ran out, someone was always checking to ensure of that.
    Cons: Cleanliness was subpar. Carpet in room felt gross to walk on barefoot. Room wasn't cleaned daily so towels ran out as well as tissue and toilet paper.

    Clean, cozy hotel in a...

    Pros: Exceptionally friendly staff, rooms were clean, all rooms were interior to the property. Conveniently located off of I-10 and close to everything you can see and do in Marianna. Big thank you to Chelsey (front desk) and Carissa (Breakfast/kitchen/cook staff)!
    Cons: All adjoining rooms were taken by staff. As a large family that needed two adjoining rooms, this was probably the only negative. However, Chelsey did a great job getting us into rooms right next to each other.

    Won’t be back

    Pros: This property was adequate but was an older facility in need of a lot of updating. When I went inside to check in there was no one at the front desk so I stood there till he showed up. He acted like I was bothering him as he barely said two words.The lobby and hallways could use a good scrubbing. Our beds were comfortable but the carpet was dirty and needed replaced. The furniture was very dusty and the windows have not been cleaned in sometime. When we were lying in bed my husband said look up and there were cobwebs. There was plenty of hot water but shower head was clogged with sediment that there was barely any pressure. Bathroom door was swelled on the bottom and it was very hard to close it. The bright side was the breakfast.

    Pros: Staff, meals, cleanliness and comfort
    Cons: I had to have my room card replaced 3 times during stay because the door pad would not accept code. A little frustrating

    We loved the great price,...

    Pros: Breakfast was amazing! And, the lady that was working in that breakfast room was someone I would hire to work for me! We were very impressed with her. We drive to see our grandchildren and meet our daughter and her husband every 6 months and in 6 months from now we will definitely be back! We stayed in room 109 a handicap room which was really awesome when it came to taking a shower. We were most impressed and we will be back. The staff was friendly and answered every question that I asked. Management is excellent.
    Cons: We loved everything! The beds are very comfortable and pillows, the towels were big and soft. Breakfast was amazing! We are truly going to be visiting every 6 months. Thank you to the management and the staff for a wonderful stay!

    The price was too high...

    Pros: Room 109.The location was good off of I 10 and a short distance to the caverns as we took a nighttime tour. The staff were very nice. There was breakfast food and a Dunkin in the parking lot. The room was spacious and had frig and such. Plenty of outlets. Bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were TOO small making it very difficult to get comfortable.
    Cons: The carpet floors looked dingy/stains. The tile in bathroom had hair on it. I picked it up with a wipe I had and the wipe was black. The mirror was smeared. The tub didn’t drain. The light flickered in the bathroom. The black out curtain had a thin spot and didn’t close all the way. I bought some chip clips for that the 2nd night. The eggs at breakfast were gross. The gravy was gluey and biscuit was ok.

    Pros: The location to the freeway we didn't have to drive farther.
    Cons: The room has a smell as the hotel like old. The a/c stop working at the middle of the night. The shower courtains are to small all the water from the shower splash on the floor.

    Pros: The cleanliness of the carpet and bathroom and no musty smells. It wasnt looking shabby as some hotel rooms do.
    Cons: The front desk clerk was polite and courteous just little more welcoming wouldnt hurt:)
