Comfort Inn is the hotel brand under the Choice Hotels group that was founded in 1981. The company was launched to be able to fill in the gap in proving more lodging facilities to a growing demand in the mid-range hotel brands in the United States. At present, there are over 2,600 operating hotels under the Comfort Inn and Comfort Suites brand of Choice Hotels nationwide.

    Pros: Easy to find. Decent breakfast. Good waffles. Nice shower.
    Cons: Noisy outside from highway and someone yelling at 0130. Couldnt find the knobs for the air conditioner in the night so we could close the window. Staff came right up to help. Toilet flushing and sink draining were sluggish.

    Cons: We are seniors. Second floor room with no elevator was taxing to bring our luggage up. Fridge freezer was full of ice and dripping. I could not put ice packs in it. Bathroom sink drained very slowly. Disgusting black stuff came up from drain into sink when I turned tap on. Bathtub non slip finish was worn off so tub was very slippery. Bathtub plug had pink caulking around it which appeared to be coming off. Bathroom needs a very good cleaning.

    Superb

    Pros: Beds were comfy, rooms were clean! We all enjoyed breakfast - my 6 year old LOVES scrambled eggs! Staff were all friendly and approachable.
