The company was launched to be able to fill in the gap in proving more lodging facilities to a growing demand in the mid-range hotel brands in the United States. At present, there are over 2,600 operating hotels under the Comfort Inn and Comfort Suites brand of Choice Hotels nationwide.

    Pros: Location was good
    Cons: The Priceline website said it had shuttle service. It didn't.That is the only reason I booked this hotel. After 30 minutes chat with Priceline I was told to speak to booking .com. I spent an extra $30 on taxi.

    Great staff!

    Pros: More like a motel. We were in a pinch since our flight was cancelled overnight. The price was too high for the room, however, the staff at night and early morning were so kind and helpful. It was the best customer service we have had anywhere!!
    Cons: Hallways and carpets are dated and dark. The rooms have a sliding glass door on the first floor which is a little creepy and old. You need to make sure your doors lock! That said, the room and the bath were very clean.

    Poor

    Really bad experience

    Pros: Only that the parking was free and have many parking lots.
    Cons: It gave us a feeling more of staying in low class motel. Rooms were very congested and tacky. When we entered in the toilet, toilet paper was floating in there which spoiled our mood. Breakfast was horrible, they ran out of Nutella, whipped butter during our stay, after letting the kitchen person know, no response, they don't refill it. I think they refill only once a week by looking at the kitchen area, that's my guess. This is for sure that I am not going to book any Comfort INN hotels in future.

    Very Good

    It was really comfortable

    Pros: I liked the breakfast and the boiled water that it was always prepared. The men staff were very friendly especially one of them who was from down town Quebec city. Unfortunately I don't know his name. He admitted us.
