    Cons: late check in because rooms were not ready. no hot water. room was not cleaned and I was there for 3 days. ran out of coffee.

    Pros: Felt a little unsafe inside and out. Worried my car would be broken into as the location was out of main area. A bolt was missing from the top lock in room but main lock was fine. Sink was cracked, but clean.
    Cons: Air quality in the room-> Got a sinus pressure headache which cleared up right away after I left the hotel. Food-> Sausage looked disgusting & eggs were cold. Threw it away and went for toast, but there was mold on the bread. Out of caffeinated coffee.

    Pros: The location was the only good thing about this hotel
    Cons: Upon checking in to our room bedding was dirty hair between the sheets dirt in bed appeared to be urine on the comforter removed all bedding of beds had emergency blankets in my car bathroom had hair in floor& mildew breakfast cold

    Disappointing

    Peaceful,quiet, good breakfast needs updating and deeper cleaning

    Pros: Its right off the freeway and has near by restaurants.
    Cons: Had roaches in the restroom and mold on the ceiling

    First time disappointed by Comfort Suite. Been using it for the last 6 years

    Pros: Location nice building
    Cons: Customer service. Checked in Saturday night/attendant was very rude Got to the room tv control didnt work,they brought another one A/C was making a lot of noise. They never fix it and smelled like humid (mold?) the only reason we stayed is because we were going to sleep there from midnight to 8 in the morning

    Horrible experience, we had stayed twice before and the experience had been good till this last time , never again!

    Pros: The room smelled horrible, the sink in the bathroom was dirty with toothpaste residue

    Pros: Good location
    Cons: Not really taken care of, went to the pool area and there was dried up blood right by the entrance. Our room was the worst experience. The door did not lock from inside, we called to ask for another room and they said they didnt have any rooms but we asked a few minutes about room availability and they stated they had 6 left. The bed kept creaking when we got on and it felt like the foundation was broken. Half the plugs didnt work in the room. The AC wasnt really working, it felt humid in the room. Staff didnt really care, we left the room early in the morning, the house keeper saw us leave. When we got back to the room, the bed was not made. We paid a good price for a decent room and it was not worth it.

    We were exhausted after a day of travel. And encountered & reported the issue of the AC but no return call. The room

    Cons: Room was musty, Ac took hours to cool the room, carpet was damp, there were roaches in the bathroom & the even in the fridge. Short on towels.

    It was ok but could of been better

    Pros: The beds were comfortable and good size restroom
    Cons: There was a smell like something wet was left in the room and the carpet felt wet not sure if the AC had leaked into the carpet or what but it was humid. The room was a lil tight. There was also no laundry room.
