Pros: The staff were lovely! The hotel was small but expected for Paris. The location was close to metro stations so easy to get around Paris.

Cons: I think the pictures look different to the actual rooms. From the hotel towards gare du nord is a bit of a dodgy area

Fabulous location, great interiors and comfort.

Pros: The room was very clean and comfy, smart decor, well sound proofed. Absolutely lovely and the staff was super nice and helpful! Its a great area filled with theatres and old cinemas. I would highly recommend it!

Cons: bad shower, so much scale built up that half of the water was coming out without pressure.

Pros: The staff was extremely helpful especially with our poor french skills, and the metro locations are close. The building was nice and had a good heating system as well as AC system.

Cons: Bed mattress had stains and had body hair on them, no bed bugs that i could see. The top sheets seemed clean though. Mold in the showers and tiny bathrooms. However its Paris, its kinda a given that the bathrooms are tiny. Going towards Gare de lEst seemed unsafe.
