The hotel is a little bit old but very clean and has space for placing your luggages, very easy to walk from the airport

Cons: Furnishings were dated, old and obvious indication or wear and tear. The rooms certainly needs to be renovated with new interior and furnishing.

Great location to stay for a morning flight

Pros: It is a good hotel to saty overnight and have a shopping at the airport in the next morning before taking a flight back home. It's located just around 300m from the airport with a lift and a flat floor for us to easily roll our big baggage. The room size is quiet good for 2 with adequate facilities and amenities. The room cleaniless is not the best but still OK less odor inside. The breakfast is quite good with variety to choose and overall hotel staffs are great service mind who's always willing to help us.

Cons: The very soft bed we have in our room which do not make us sleep well, The view from our room which is a parking lot. We travel with kids in group of family but our 5 rooms were splitted to 3 floors which is not prefferable even we have make a request to the hotel for all rooms to be on the same floor since the bookiung and remind them for 1 months before check in.

Cons: While booking the hotel, it will ask the Card details....i assumed that i already paid the amount....to be frank i have not checked the deduction in my statement. In reception i am saying to the receptionalist i already paid. Shed told, yes many customers confused with this....

Ok for one night stay

Pros: Very good location as it is right next to the bridge connecting to the airport. Friendly check-in staff. Good value for money with breakfast included, nothing superb but they do provide both Western and Asian choices. You can get one free parking coupon but need to get that at the reception desk

Cons: For the price, I guess I can't complain that the room is a bit dingy? Not sure if it is the colour of the carpet but the place don't feel very clean and slight smell of tobacco

Pros: You can walk to the airport from the hotel in 5 minutes. The bed was comfortable. Good price. Large room for Japan.

Cons: The front desk staff were not friendly at check-in or check-out. They were quite unhelpful and inflexible. I booked the hotel because my flight was early the next morning. My wife wasn't staying in the hotel because her flight was in just a few hours after I checked in. The airline ticket counter for her flight wasn't open yet so we asked if we could leave her bags in my room while we went to the airport to eat. They said they would charge 2,000 yen if we did that. My wife explained to them in Japanese that she was not staying the night and even showed her flight reservation leaving in four hours and they said if she even got on the elevator they would charge me 2,000 yen extra. They were not even polite and friendly like most Japanese, and most Japanese hotel staff usually are. I found that to be really unreasonable and poor customer service. What's the harm in leaving my wife's suitcases in my room for a couple of hours so we didn't have to lug them around the airport and in a restaurant? (Luckily, we found a place at the airport to store her bags for 499 yen) The free breakfast starts at 6am, but I had to be at the airport at 5:50am for my flight so I couldn't eat it. There were other guests in this same situation too. Since this is an airport hotel you'd think they'd start the breakfast earlier so that all of the guests with early flights could eat.

Pros: Location to airport complementary coffee and a very nice breakfast . Staff really nice and helpful if you dont speak Japanese- much appreciated.

Very convenient to Chubu Centrair

Pros: Small room but adequate for a one nite stay. Direct link to Chubu Centrair through covered bridge. Very convenient for those with early morning flights.

Cons: Pillows too soft & I had shoulder aches.
