Pros: There was an elevator, baggage carts, covered parking. Breakfast in the morning, kuerig coffee maker in the room, lots of room in the closet, refrigerator etc.

Cons: The water pressure for the showere was awful. Someone needs to put in new shower heads or check the pressure.

Pros: Forgot iphone plug for the charger but the front desk had one to borrow and then reminded me to return it as I was checking out. I lost my drivers license but the gentlemen at the front desk( cant remember his name) let me check in with my credit card and my National Parks senior pass. He was also thoughtful enough to direct me to the DMV office in Seaside to get a replacement.

Pros: Not so much - parking and size room-bed ->better follow what we didn't like: After such marketing promo we-all-round-wonderful property response from hotel we still stand by our review. Some things made us add to it: after the call to reception - we didn't see any hopes to get another HEATER. one noisy air blower to the room, which one didn't make a real warm difference after working evening and night! What are you talking about :-)). So cruel reality is - rooms must be warm before guest entrance with present internal built-in technology (not extra on wheels pathetic add-ons) - rooms are not for cold temperatures in this place. Obviously. Period. We had reservations, the hotel knew we were coming, the hotel knew which room we would have, the heat should have turned on hours before our arrival, the bed was cold, the room was cold, and no care from the staff...there is a blanket in the closet. And the real thing we added was "after you enjoyed time in our breakfast room". Lol, Laugh and hysteria about such a speculation on our feelings. As we said, breakfast was so dull - so we just sat there finally in warmth after our COLD room without having anything to eat, left to ourselves only to talk about a place to go for real normal breakfast :-)).

Cons: COLD. The heater is so small and doesn't heat it at all - after 12 hours it was still cold, It was so cold that we could NOT take a shower. Equipment not prepared for cold temperatures. When we complained - they say - there is the extra blanket in the closet. Breakfast is absent and dull - just a joke. For the price it is way Overpriced. Not an interesting deal and hotel at all. Personnel were indifferent and not helpful. Believe us, no shade, to tea - it is just shared pure comparison through many hotels on our long way. This one was a bad experience. Real one. Avoid.

Pros: The woman who checked us in around 3:00 PM was exceptionally helpful. She gave us walking directions to the Golden State Theater. She also face us alternate restaurants to one likely to be crowded.

Cons: The lady at the reception probably hates her job. Everytime we asked for something, she would look very annoyed and did not help us at all. Zero customer service here. Breakfast is horrible. Everything is full of sugar (cereals, bread and pastry, yogurt,..). The only not sweet item at the breakfast was boiled eggs. Breakfast is served inside of a building, but they provide plastic plates, cutlery, cups?! Huge amount of trash after every single breakfast. Please note that at this hotel they do NOT provide you with an invoice, if you book via 3rd party. I travel probably 150 days every single year and always book via Booking.com. It has never happened to me that I would not receive my invoice from the property. Only here. Printing one piece of paper would be probably too much for the reception lady, who sits there, stares into her phone whole day and ignores all guests. She does not want to be disturbed, so she says it is "not possible to get a bill for the stay".
