Pros: Location

Cons: Cleanliness was lacking. Dirty carpets. Musty odor. No elevator for two story building woman at check in was very unfriendly and borderline rude. Young man was personable and friendly but woman put a stop to that. When I was leaving I noticed that a pile of fresh clean and folded bed linens and towels were left on the dirty carpet outside room 200. Housekeeping cart was down the hall. I did tell young man at reception that clean linens were left ON THE FLOOR. He made an excuse that these were used and from rooms checked out. I assured him they were clean and unused linens. This was at about 8:30 am.

Pros: Breakfast was fair. Would have rather served myself instead of people who spoke no english.

Cons: I reserved a ground floor room with 2 queen beds. I was given a second floor room with a king size bed. We were 2 guests. We were not a couple so was not appropriate to share a bed. I have a disability thus the reason I needed on the ground floor. They could not accommodate us. They believed they solved the problem by upgrading us to a suite. Nice try but did not solve my problem being disabled. It is quite difficult to go upstairs with a walker. The water pressure was awful. Taking a shower was a joke.

Pros: I expected more given the reviews.

Cons: Checkin staff was blah. The huge signs all over the place telling me not to leave a thing in my car and you would not be responsible for theft or break-ins would have sent me packing before I even checked in if I hadn't already prepaid. I worried all night about my car. The halls were dingy, the walk was long, I had to turn even the air off in the room because of the horrible rattling noise it made. My bathroom floor was dirty, and I awoke to vomiting and wrenching in the next room. I will not be back. It was a horrible experience. Checkout staff was pleasant.

Pros: Nothing! This place was awful! Never stay here, a waste of money and nothing like the pictures or reviews online which seemed good! So misleading! Rude, unhelpful front desk lady!

Cons: After booking a double room with two queen beds on booking.coms website and driving 14 hours straight my husband, 18 year old son, and I arrived close to midnight and just wanted to get right to our room and pass out from sheer exhaustion. We waited in the front lobby for 30 minutes while the receptionist talked on the phone and made us stand there waiting. After getting into our room we realized it only had one king sized bed and a pull out sofa bed. I went back downstairs to speak with the lady at the front desk and she said that’s all that they had left so we were stuck with it! Go back to our room to find out there is no bedding for the sofa bed and my son to sleep on, go back downstairs again to tell front desk, she gives me sheets, and says there will be a pillow and blanket in the closet. Go back upstairs, no such luck! Back downstairs and she gives me one blanket and says they have no pillows! WTF!? By the time we actually get to bed it’s close to 1 am, worst sleep ever, lumpy bed, dirty rooms and we were too exhausted to care. When I told her on my third trip downstairs that this place is not getting a good review from me, she said oh well, nothing I can do! When I asked for a discount because we didn’t get the two beds we booked and paid for she said not her problem and take it up with booking! Horrible Horrendous Terrible experience at a hotel!

Pros: Breakfast was fabulous! Loved the hot food choices!!!

Cons: Only problem is there was no milk, juice was out, and coffee maker was out of order. All the muffins were gone by 8:00 on Sunday morning. Seeing all the signs about remove your valuables and NOT responsible for theft made me wonder what kind of neighborhood I was in.
