    Cons: First thing we noticed ,in the living room has a towel behind the curtains,used ,prolly from the last person was there before me,who knows how long was there,but sounds weird and ugly for a reception ,tho when we went to the bed ,we found hair on the sheets bed ,kinda very nasty,and no shampoo or conditioner in the shower ,and not have a blow dryer either,and the location is trick because don't have any number at the property building ,making very hard to find the place.

    Short stay if you run out of other places

    Pros: Close to the beach and all reception staff very friendly and helpful
    Cons: Kitchen missing basic equipment, reception arranged some later on. The location is very loud, even on top floor you hear cars from nearby main street all the time and closing windows only helps a bit. The cleaning lady kept dropping my toothbrush onto the floor near toilet dont know why. Gym fully paid for.

    Pros: Location was good. Was only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool was a good size + temperature. Apartment we had was very spacious. Staff were friendly.
    Cons: The apartment was spacious but was very dated. We stayed on the half board option. The food was a slight disappointment. We werent expected anything absolutely amazing but what was offered for breakfast and tea whist we was there definitely left us feeling disappointed. The food was served warm rather than hot. The opinions were very limited. We as a family arent that fussy on food so we manage to work around it. Other familys might struggle. Another shame was a-lot of the facilities the hotel offers are at an extra cost gym etc. The hotel doesnt offer any evening entertainment which is another disappointment as you do find yourselves in your room pretty early. The hotel also doesnt have a pool table anymore.

    It was a mixture but staff there go above and beyond to help improve the stay

    Cons: The beds were uncomfortable and there wasnt anything for the children to do. They were not allowed to use the indoor pool as suggested and there was no entertainment- so the all inclusive option ended up costing more as we had to pay to take kids out so they were not bored.

    Pros: Very close to the beach and the strip. Staff were excellent and very friendly. Apartment was large with good furniture and comfy beds. Plenty of extra pillows or blankets too.
    Cons: Had to pay extra for absolutely everything. Use of gym, indoor pool, towel for the pool, sauna, spa, etc etc. Also you got pretty much nothing in the apartment. No soap by the sink, no tea, coffee, sugar or even a bottle.of water. No corkscrew, dish sponge or washing up liquid

    Pros: Great food, love the barbecue nights. Room was a great size and very comfortable. Great facilities in the kitchen. Pool area is good too.
    Cons: No air con in the bedroom, windows and doors have terrible seals so the air con dripping noise is extremely annoying. Gym was not included as expected, separate charge for gym and indoor pool unfortunately so did not use.

    Pros: Very short walk to our favourite beach, restaurants and shops. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good value. Quiet poolside apartment. Clean.

    Club Amarilis...a jewel

    Pros: It was spacious...I finally had some room to spread out and enjoy the space. There's even a balcony with a table and chairs. The staff was fantastic and the location was great. I enjoyed spending time at the pool when I wasn't at the beach.
