Pros: Hotel was fine once I got to the room. Took me over 3 hours to contact and get into room. HOTEL FRONT DESK STAFF WAS BEYOND RUDE AND REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY KEY>

Cons: The Front desk attendant was rude and disrespectful. Instead of helping me or trying to fix the issue. She was willing to just say screw me and tell me she couldnt help me. She turned me away

Cons: My first room had no hot water. I called to the front desk to report it. Was told maintenance would come up. Checked an hour later and maintenance has not arrived for work,yet. I had to suggest that they change my room that had a hot water shower.

Pros: The breakfast host was AWESOME! The jacuzzi was perfect temp and the room was perfect

Cons: the black lady with the braids that was working was paying so much attention to her phone she didnt hear us asking her a question and she never even looked up so we said forget it and went back to the room other than that staff was nice

Cons: I had a cockroach in the bathroom floor which ruined my stay. I was going to stay longer as work took longer 5hsn thought but didnt. There were also was homeless people all over in the breakfast room standing up nodding out it was crazy:(

Cons: That the toilet make a loud noise of running water constantly maintenance went to check it out couldn't fix it they gave me some plier to turn it off but it was a struggle to turn on and off they couldn't switch me rooms last time I'm staying there
