    Would like a refund because the tv didnt work

    Pros: Location excellent. Single beds were comfy
    Cons: The photos dont at all match the actual property. The TV didnt have any channels working and sparked at the power point.

    Was ok if you just need somewhere to sleep for a night but wouldnt recommend for a holiday accommodation.

    Pros: Location to MCG, good security lighting in car park, was warm. It made me laugh with the hair dryer provided being a kids Frozen product even had a picture of Elsa on it for good measure! But hey, if you needed one it would probably do!
    Cons: Needs a deep clean, long term stains on the couch need more than cleaning, melted power point in bathroom needs replacing and possibly investigating , not sure on OH&S policy with power boards and extension leads everywhere, also the non tagged portable heaters.

    Pros: My daughter and partner stayed here, while my husband and I stayed at the Quest Jolimont. The location here was good here, shops and coffee shop close by ...
    Cons: If your looking for a place just to lay your head for the night, this is perfect or do yourself a favour and pay a little extra and stay at the Quest Jolimont , it was so nice and clean and the staff were brilliant. The staff didn't even talk to you here.

    Cons: The couch was so uncomfortable felt like sitting on a bench seat made from wood no comfort whatsoever. Was really cold even with heaters on and extra blanket. Could do with a really good clean to bathroom wasnt the cleanest and there was 1 and half toilet rolls for 4 adults for 2 nights really should of had an extra 1 or 2 toilet rolls in the room.
