Cons: Didnt have a cot in room which was requested. And called down 3 times to ask for one before getting it. My baby was upset and tired.

Pros: For me it was the staff! They were so friendly! Also my 3yr old granddaughter loved the evening entertainment even though the children were slightly older they included her, absolutely brilliant!!

Cons: When I first booked I messaged and asked if we could have the two rooms next to one another. I had a message back to say this was done and no problem. When we checked in we were on different floors and the reception said there was nothing they could do as all booked up.
