Pros: I always say here when I visit my son who lives close by. It's not luxury but it checks all the boxes. Every room is the same, clean, and safe.

Pros: Excellent location, you can easily park inside and it's a 5 mn walk from shops and restaurants, there is a great dinner's next door; it's 15 mn walk from the beach (with view on the Golden Gate Bridge). The room was well kept and comfortable. Lovely people at the reception.

Cons: The building shows its age and though my room was located at the back, the windows did not shut out the noises of the lorry deliveries between 4 and 7 in the back street. That happened every night I was there.

Pros: Room was clean and great city location! Parking was safe.

Cons: Beds were too firm kinda hard, and no house keeping was not good. Also staff told us we could rent an extra cot bed on phone then on arrival said we couldn't add anything.

Cons: Reception is other separate corner. Big trash bucket in front of the lift. Staked Tiles. No complimentary water. $3 for half litre water. No McDonald’s or similar tourist friendly fast food shop in walking distance

Honestly, no complaints.

Pros: Accessible to wharf, marina, Chinatown by walking...great restaurants and bars around....busy but quiet at night! Safe parking. Staff went over best places to eat and drink with a map, and a list of walking distance restaurants categorized by type of food with addresses, phones and emails listed. No surprise fees! A view of Golden Gate Bridge too!

Cons: Can't complain because it's the same around the world, but the coffee was a single cup only, and you need your own water.

Pros: The location was excellent! I used Muni to get around, and there were bus stops in easy walking distance. There were a couple of minor glitches during my stay, and staff fixed them immediately!

Cons: The room got a bit warm in the afternoons due to the sun.
