Pros: Staff was very helpful and patient with my very limited knowledge of French. Property location suited our needs for a 2 night stay. Our friends and us had a wonderful stay.

Cons: The restaurant might have offered some changes day to day. Staff did recommend an very good alternative in townthat was exactly what we wanted.

Chteau (not Hotel) with quite a walk to town. Not our cup of tea

Pros: No specific bar however it was nice to sit outside in the gardens to have drinks. Off street parking in the shade of trees.

Cons: Poor value for money. Restaurant menu was a rather specific type of food with not a lot of choice so we felt compelled to eat out. Shower in bathroom was ridiculous, the shower either using the large overhead or directional head proved impossible to shower properly without soaking the bathroom floor.

Pros: Staff were welcoming & breakfast was good, property is well presented and the pool offers views toward the Viaduc du Millau. Off street parking within property boundary.

Cons: Room was situated next to a stairway & the restaurant, noise from the restaurant & after service tidy up was excessive until just after 11pm. If staying request an upper floor room.

Dont waste your money. Chateau dikea with Fawlty Towers service and bad attitude.

Pros: The view is wonderful, and the gardens pleasant. The bathroom was nice. It was very clean. The cat is friendly. Breakfast was okay, but overpriced.

Cons: The reception was miserable. Most unfriendly place Ive been to in years. Guests are mad to feel like an inconvenience. Vary annoying that despite asking for a table 24hrs in advance we were not able to have dinner. No apology forthcoming. The decor was terrible. Tasteless downstairs, Ikea in the bedrooms. Our room was tiny. Desperately overpriced. There were notices everywhere telling guests not to steal eg toileteries, towels, excess breakfast.

Pros: A wonderfully relaxing hotel. Good parking, swimming pool and excellent restaurant especially the outdoor section with a partial view of the brudge

Cons: The air conditioning was not great but it was explained that due to customers putting too much pressure on the system and so causing issues as being such an old building also. Seems people were trying to bring the temp down too low, Therefore they gave gad ti fix the temp at 2; which was ok but would gave preferred say 22. It would have helped if we had been told this as spent a number of times trying to lower the temp setting.

Exclent views, great sourndings and very very good staff.

Pros: Everything, restautant was good the breakfast seem endless and the view from the room was very good. the hotel is in a prime location with a good view of ther town and the viaduct.

Cons: Location was the best, just close enough to the town to be with in walking distance and there is a path all the way down to the town.

Traditional hotel with charming staff

Pros: Very kind and helpful staff who provided us with the cold plates of fromage and meats (as the restaurant is closed on Monday evenings) even though we arrived very late. A traditional hotel in a great location near the Millau bridge.

Cons: We were in one of the modern rooms which was very comfortable however a little on the small side as we had our large dog with us which made it all rather snug.
