Cons: The 2 ladys on reception are extremely rude, abrupt and make you feel like your an inconvenience! Or maybe thats only to British holiday makers.

Pros: Swimming pool nice. Expensive over half term (understandably). The shuttle service is great and the people running it super nice. Overall a good option for families.

Cons: this is the worst our staying, weve ever had we were shocked and very surprised during our staying at this apartment. 1st meeting- we come, reseption works only few hour per day, its closed. During our check-in they give us a paper with the list and quantity of plates, cups, jars, dish, and said us TO COUNT if we have this quantity in our apartment, and mention in a list! Excuse me, Im a guest, not a housekeeper and manager! this is Your work to check the quantity of dishes, not mine! the second point- our apartment was for 6 people, but really for 4, two bedrooms and I little and dirty sofa (for 2 people) We got 1 toilet paper for 4 people for 5 days. And when we asked on reception about more- they say go to shop and buy, this is not a hotel, this is APARTMENT. we got towels, and asked if they can change for clean- they answered NO, this is NOT A HOTEL, we dont change, if You want clean- You should pay for it The last day they bring us two bags and a list where was written that WE (guests) should clean all the dish! should take of all bedclothes, towels and put in bags! And we should throw away all the garbage! EXCUSE ME GUYS! I came for a vacation! I pay for this, not small money! 500 per night! I think You should clean your apartment, not your guests! A GUEST IS NOT YOUR HOUSEKEEPER! There are no robes, no slippers, no disposable cosmetics For 500/per night You got just a dirty apartment and two unpleasant women on the reception in addition The spa is very cold Two very unpleasant women are on reception! they are rude! We wanted to ask about wi-fi, the women just turned around and said, no-no Im busy now! The other time she said if You want towels and toilet paper- go to hotel, were not a hotel! Change these women, and probably the attitude to the guest will be better. On booking is mentioned that this is 4 stars! HONESTLY, YOU DONT DESERVE EVEN 1 STAR. Try to have a hotel standarts! You take money for this, guests dont live for free!

Pros: I loved the friendly and accommodating staff, the bread service every morning (delivered to your door) and the pool and hamman. The resort is located in a lovely village, surrounded by the mountains. But quite far from the Champagny gondola. Theres a shuttle bus going up and down the whole day. We walked trough the village (15 min) which was ok too.

Cons: Appartement was good, but basic and suitable more for 4 than for 5 people, even with kids.

Pros: everything was perfect ... the view from the balcony it was great .pool with clean water ...clean sauna ...everything was ok. we plan to go again .

Nice location with nice hikes around. Ideal for a good rest after a nice day outside.

Ski trip

Pros: Reception/lobby well presented ..staff friendly, pool and steam room well kept. Free shuttle bus provided every day BUT Saturday. Bakery service and Sherpa / pizza restaurant will deliver in evening.

Cons: Too far from the centre for us, feels like an older style CGH ( have stayed at more modern CGH properties) no English TV, no free bus shuttle service on a Saturday which means a long steep 20 min walk to Tele-Cabin with skis and boots and back again after a long day skiing, free shuttle bus to centre finishes at 6 pm every evening.

Perfect place

Pros: Loved coming off the piste to a driver then hit the spa - steam room and swimming pool. Spacious appartment, ensuite bathroom and very comfortable beds. Staff so sweet and helpful. Liked the car transfer to the cable car throughout the day giving my son's freedom to be independent. We could order bread and crossiants for the morning. Staff just organised everything from taxis to pizza takeaway. There were board games and pool. Some evening they would have Champagne or mulled wine. This place is my perfect place.

Pros: The property is located very close to the center, also easy ski access.

Cons: First the reception is open few hours, so to get information you need to wait. Then the apartment selected was not the same assigned at the check in, the bedrooms was full of dust, we couldnt take out our clothes because also the closet was with a finger of dust. The shower was dirty with hairs of the previous guest, the tools on the bath was dirty too. The resident its missed understanding connect with the reception, pool and facilities. Check out as many policy review, like : asking to clean perfectly the apartment, take out the duvet from the bad, also they ask to go on the rubbish room to trough away the bag waste where was a strong smell. Parking is extra cost too, 13euros x day. On booking website looks a great and warm place, actually was the contrary. For the price we paid dosent deserve it. I suggest to looking for another place. First and last time.
