    Pros: Lovely hotel and in an amazing location. We stayed here for 5 days while experiencing Milan for the first time. Close to many delicious restaurants, attractions, and shops. What made this stay even better was the staff. Front desk manager Anna and her staff Sebastian and Kiara made the stay even better. Franka the housekeeper was superb. Stay here. Will definitely be back.

    Great hotel for the price. Welcoming and comfortable.

    Pros: Lovely hotel, very friendly and welcoming. Great public transport links with a tram stop right outside the hotel, and Metro stations within 5 minutes walk. Decent size rooms with air-con and very comfy beds.
    Cons: Very minor complaints: lighting not great for working, but to be expected from the dark decor that is a feature of this hotel. Would have been nice to have some tea/coffee making facilites.

    Overall good base hotel to explore Milan

    Pros: Nice & quiet, good location and easy tram access.
    Cons: Dark in hotel corridors, spare towels trolly just left out next to stairs. (This was floor 1)

    Pros: Nice hotel with all necessary amenities. Snacks in fridge were a nice touch. Solid location. Let us store our luggage for an hour after check out, which is 12
