Pros: The location was a great little walk to the beach. Easy to get to and from. Also, an easy walk to the clubs down the street.

Pros: Is Located in the best area of Miami Beach , cause everything is walking distance and you can go around just with a bicycle, Beach and Park in front of the Hotel.

Don’t pay valet!

Pros: The room is 1 block from the beach. They offer beach supplies, towels, umbrella, etc. Complimentary Breakfast is offered at the hotel but not quite what you expect to eat in the morning.

Cons: My car became the valet’s errand vehicle. I have a new car; rugged but new off the assembly line. You have to pay valet to park otherwise there is no available parking and it is $40 a day. We know my car was used for errands because it has a gps tracker and we watched it go and stop at different places for up to 20 min. at a time before finally getting parked. When confronted they admitted they had “quick errands to run on the way to the garage.” Secondly, when they brought the vehicle back in the morning the valet placed his dirty electric scooter on the front seat (leather) to transport it so he wouldn’t have to walk back. Would they do this to you Porsche or Corvette? The room is small and our window overlooked the fancy restaurant next door. We had to keep the blinds drawn because you could watch patrons eating. We were so close we could eat food off their plate if we wanted to. We listened to the loud music and louder conversations of the restaurant as sounds to soothe us to bed. The breakfast is a slice of bread, Kraft singles cheese and a warm hard boiled egg. We were a bit confused by this choice of offering. Or sugary French packaged pastries were also on the menu.

Pros: The only thing that was good was the location.

Cons: We were on the second floor and there was no lift. We had 2 rooms, one room smelt of wee when air conditioning unit was on. Second room had faulty door lock , we missed our bus tour because we were locked out of our room after breakfast and the staff seemed irritated that we were upset about this, this happened a number of times. When we booked this hotel , booking.com said that there was parking available but when we got there we had to pay 40 dollars per night and it had to be in cash, this smells of a scam.

Cons: Breakfast was not good. I’m gluten free so there was just bananas & yogurt. A lot of sugary cereals.

Pros: Absolutely amazing location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach with fairly light traffic and a cvs within ten minutes walk. Large amount of ready taxis. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was the weirdest continental I’ve ever seen with kool-aid pouches instead of juice and a handful of bananas. There were however fresh hard boiled eggs, a Starbucks coffee dispenser with hot cocoa, and a whole bunch of single serve pastries/snacks. Packets of oatmeal next to a microwave and yogurt in the mini fridge. Little tea station too.

Cons: I don’t know about the other rooms but ours was on the yikes side of outdated with broken tiles in the bathroom and part of the ceiling peeling. Low flow toilet meant multiple flushes which got old. NO ELEVATOR

Pros: Nothing. I didn’t like anything about the hotel. Will not be back.

Cons: I didn’t have any specific problem with the stay and yet it was a very bad stay. The hotel have very poor standards for any price point. From extremely poor quality of the mattress to old ACs, ugly spaces and very poor cleaning. They do not invest in the hotel.

Pros: Just the location, really. It’s very central and you can easily get around south beach from there.

Cons: The hotel is advertised as having parking. It does not, just a valet service which is expensive. It says chairs and towels included, you literally have to carry an old and dirty chair with you on the beach. The WiFi did not work in our room, the door was faulty and one of the keycards did not work. The one that worked only opened the door 50% of the time. Room was very dirty and you could hear people yelling from the street as loud as if they were in the room with you.

Pros: The location was great! The hotel is very close to the beach, a quiet place with a nice exterior.

Cons: We didn't have big expectations of the room. However, it was dark and stinking. It was not possible to dry any towels or bathing suits after swimming in the sea.
