Pros: location is very close to everything. Nice beach

Cons: The service and staff were not so helpful. we waited too long in the lobby to get the room.

Pros: Nothing, we left after 1hr being at the property not sure whether we get --- USD refund back or not. Definitely not kid friendly place as there are sharp edges all over.

Cons: Property is not clean, pool has dirty water, there are empty plastic cups all over. Old engine from boat was laying on the beach. We register at the reception and left 1hr after, did not even slept there. Working on refund for USD--- .

Pros: Location was pretty. Food was good. Staff were nice.

Cons: The plumbing was not good. The toilet barely flushed in the room, I didnt use it for anything other than urination. I used the public bathroom for when I needed to go. Also the A/C was unfortunately not powerful enough. I was always sticky in the room and it was a bit uncomfortable to try and sleep.

Pros: staff were brilliant, the entertainment was great and really friendly, a big shout out to the bar man Santiago he had great customer service and doing a great job!

Pros: The price was decent and the staff was very friendly. The location was right in front of the bus stop to go into town.

Cons: The big pool was closed and the other was too small. No variety of food or signs in English to understand what was being served.

Overall it was ok for the price, but I would not return.

Cons: We never had wifi in the room even after calling reception in excess of 10 times to report the problem. They just told us to wait and they would send someone. No one came. We never had internet.

Pros: The breakfast buffet was acceptable with many choices.

Cons: Very basic and small family room. Loud music until late. We paid for breakfast included but wanted to eat out for dinner. We found we had no ability to buy a drink from the bar or a snack unless you buy the all inclusive wristband.

Pros: The only thing good in this property is the lobby staff and only the lobby staff. NOTHING AND NO ONE ELSE.

Cons: It doesnt look anything like the photos that are on the website. It looks MUCH older and dirty. The food stands have food left out with a lot of flies on it ALL THE TIME. The sushi restaurant has the raw food sitting out all day and for good reason, nobody eats there because it really warm, has raw food and there is a giant sign saying at the entrance saying raw food, eat at your own risk. The only places that have that sign are places that have had issues with food poisoning. When I am paying an all inclusive package I expect to consume it and not to be afraid for my health when I eat something from the hotel. That being said do not buy the all inclusive package ever at this hotel. The only fresh food was the buffet which is not even opened all the time which would be fine if it started as early as the pick up times for most tours but it isnt, if you have bad luck and plan a trip and they pick you up really early all you get for paying the all inclusive package is a cheese sandwich, ONE CHEESE SANDWICH. All the alcoholic drinks at this property are are the worst quality you will find anywhere in Cancun, all the bottles are really cheap, 90% of them are from cheap plastic. I checked online and the 1 liter rum bottle they where serving was $3!!!! You are better off not paying the all inclusive package and buying drinks outside because the quality is so poor, and the worst of it all is that the Tequila is also the worst tequila there is, youll be in Mexico and getting the worst tequila youll ever have in you life! I even asked the bartender if it had any glass bottles or better quality at least.

Pros: The property is pretty outside

Cons: The rooms are old and have a stench smell, the beds are tiny, as you walk through the hallway the walls are dirty and stained, the towels are OLD and stained even the beach towels had stains. After we left all of our clothes had that stench gross smell, even our clean clothes absorbed it. The linen was old and rough. Front desk is rude , except the staff such as waiters and cleaning ladies were super sweet. A woman who worked at the reception was rude and seemed annoyed by the simple fact of someone walking up to ask a question. They want to charge extra for everything, food was not the best and flies were all over the food. Horrible place !! If I could I would ask for my money back !!! Highly disappointed not worth my money.

Pros: The cleaniest of the hotel.

Cons: A great deal of walking to reach locations within the resort. Not enough food variety. Staff was not very friendly. Entertainment was mostly done in Spanish, excluding non Spanish speakers.

Pros: Well located, service is ok, price is good as well. The place looks cozy and has 4 different pools that are never crowded. Rooms are tiny, which is fine with me since I was only looking to sleep there, nothing more

Cons: The food is BAD. The snack bars are nasty, I even saw a rat walking thru the outside kitchen and I told the cook, he just continued doing his thing.... They close the bar at 1030 s-m, and at 10pm on Saturdays... what? They have two restaurants but only one opens consistently, the other one 'Cielito Lindo', you never know when its open, same thing with the bar. The shady biz: When doing the check-in, the receptionists asked us if we wanted to upgrade to an ocean view room for 23$ a night, we said No, thanks... seconds later she hands us a piece of paper telling us "this is an upgrade, completely free, just sign here that you are accepting it". To me it means the only available rooms they have were those and they were still trying to make money out of it, but since we said no, they had to give it for free, just guessing... I am a smoker, but I don't agree with you being able to smoke wherever non-smokers are enjoying their meals or a moment by the pool, there should be smoke free areas where children can be, there was people smoking even by the restaurant terrace where families where having dinner with their kids, a big no-no for me.

Pros: The hotel has access to 2 small beach sections, one is close to the ferry port and the other one is more secluded. The one close to the ferry is crowded with small tables and restaurants. If you like to visit Isla Mujeres you are walking distance from the port.

Cons: For starters, the Hotel website is greatly misleading. The pictures are clearly from several years old and the services offered are not accurate. My family wanted to stay in a place that has free shuttle to the airport, we checked the website of the Hotel and it said that offered two types of transfers but we end paying 45 USD. As soon as we arrived we realized the mistake we made. We overheard a customer complaining about a broken air conditioner in their room for two days without being fixed. The Hotel did not have cable TV nor cable internet and the wifi did not work either, when we asked in the front desk they said it was probably my device. This was very inconvenient because we have a child and we need to provide some entertainment for him and I need to check my email. Another problem is that they recycle the plastic cups for serving all drinks. This is positive for the environment, but it should be done in a proper way. I have been in worst places and I have not complained. My issues is that we were not expecting to encounter these issues based on the website and the price we paid.

Old and low quality hotel

Pros: The hotel has a beautiful beach in front.

Cons: This is an old hotel that needs to be upgraded. It looks like there have not been maintenance for years. Breakfast very poor and low quality food. For the price I was expecting a better hotel.
