Wonderful

Great location, comfortable clean facilities, and an excellent beach for swimming.

Pros: The location is the best in Waikiki in our opinion. The Beach Walk neighbourhood is just a little out of the hustle and bustle of the main tourist strip while being within easy walking distance of everything. This was our third stay and all apartments were clean, comfortable, nicely decorated with a washer/dyer. The beach is great for snorkelling and swimming. The Steak Shack downstairs and Koa Oasis beach bar made it easy to enjoy good food and tropical cocktails on our doorstep.

Cons: The pigeons roosting on the lanai. This can be a problem everywhere but there has to be some way to discourage roosting.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect, right on the beach. The view was gorgeous! We stayed in the one bedroom deluxe ocean view. The facilities were great with a kitchen and washer dryer. There was some shopping below. This hotel/ apartment building is located in the shopping district so its in a prime location. Its very secure. I would definitely stay here again. It was everything we hoped for.

Cons: The parking is very tight and expensive at $35 per day. We just ended up parking and walking everywhere. It wasnt a deal breaker tho. Just Uber to the hotel and walk everywhere or rent a moped.

Pros: The apartment was very close to the beach and the view was great..even though side on to the sea.

Cons: The apartment was very worn,the wardrobe door in the bathroom didnt open in fear of falling off the rails. There was no vacuum as the power pack to charge the cleaner was missing,there was no brush to go with the pan..your expected to leave apartment clean,with what ? We found the place grubby,so much so ,we couldnt go bare foot inside as we usually would. The linen was well worn,in the second apartment the sheets had holes. The staff seemed disinterestedcertainly no Aloha at this place. Over all for what we paid it was very poor..and not recommended.

Pros: we loved the location and we loved the room. The staff was very helpful and very friendly.

Cons: We would have liked a "firmer" mattress (bed), but our bed was okay..........also, the "divider" didn't (attach) to either side of the wall and it would have been nice to close off the sleeping area.
