Cons: the property shows as 3-start HOTEL however it's not a hotel, it's condos...I was there alone and it didn't feel pleasant. It was safe however no restaurants, no bars, no cafes, no real lobby...I feel that the property should be listed as 'an apartment' not 'a hotel'. When I travel alone I prefer to be in a hotel - this was a huge property with lots of walking in between the condos and I didn't appreciate it.

The best to be expected i guess.

Pros: Quiet and peaceful.

Cons: The room smell of urine, the TV in the bedroom didn't work and had nobody to send to fix it. The whole setup of the room was odd. Master bath showere head didn't work either and I don't ever expect to go back to that facility. I've been to Kihei 4 times in a year and a half and that was my a horrible experience. Found a cockroach type bug on my pillow on my first night. I will NOT be staying there again . .
