Cons: Very small room. No privacy on the terrace Bathroom in need of repair, light fixtures broken no light bulb, shower door completely broken. I have travel all over the world and this Bathroom is third-world standards on a good day.

Amazing.location, perfect view, relaxing

Pros: Amazing view, much better than photos, both from swimming pool and apartment terrace. Loved the easy access to beach using the stairs, a bit difficult as the steps are big, still it is close to the beach even with the car. I like the location with good restaurants at max 5 min by car (Kenia by the beach with great pizza and large spaghetti bowls, Albero's under the bridge and the best croissants and ice cream al L'Albanese) not to mention the closeby supermarket Sissa next to an excellent bakery. I liked the 10 min drive to Porto Empedocle where I could easily rent a boat from Marine Club Bar,behind Torre di Carlo. Excellent swimming pool, clean, could easily jump on one side and relax on the other, cleaned daily, illuminated at night and so silent inviting to relax. New sets of beds and umbrellas were just installed. The best was to discover that across the gate there is Sporting Bellavista a sport club open daily from 8:30 with gym, running track, tennis courts, basketball court and...2 padel courts. Very nice owner and good prices per hour. Loved the recommendations for meat restaurants received from owners - Black Bull, Il Caretto and the best in term.of quality vs price: Sammartino in Trapani (it is a food shop that also makes in the afternoon amazing sandwiches, large burgers and large super quality steaks with normal prices and friendly owners. Staff was nice, helpfull, cleaning team was communicative and present offently. Overall, we and our teenagers enjoyed everything at Bellavista and its excellent location - walking distance on the beach to Scala dei Turchi.

Cons: Kitchen furnirure was a bit old and deteriorated, but no real issue everything.worked fine. The parking was good and the short walk from car to villa was just fine ( in case of large suitcase at arrival and departure might be bit difficult on the grass).

A great location, view and friendly staff.

Pros: We had a lovely, relaxing week in August. Georgia the receptionist could not have been more helpful, she advised us on restaurants, local tourist attractions and even arranged a hairdresser for my wife as we were attending a wedding. The view of the sea was spectacular from the apartment and patio. The pool was well-kept and not too busy. There are steps directly from the apartments to the beach front and local restaurants. We would happily return here.

Cons: The fridge was small, like one in a hotelroom and theres no kitchenfacilities or utensils etc.

Pros: -The location is superb (amazing sea view, 15-20 min walk down the stairs to the beach, 5-10min by car) -The apartment was clean,nice bed linen, enough space for everything, silent air conditioning -Clean towles provided after 3 days automatically (eventhough we had plenty in the room too) -The staff was super nice, very helpful (2 lovely cleaning ladies ,receptionist girl and man) -huge terrace on the upper floor which we loved -the pool is amazing, clean, lovely sea view +green area around it -we thought we would have a kitchen in the apartment but there wasnt (you can find both types of apartments) so the owner was super nice and exchanged it to one with a kitchen which was also significantly bigger one - we really appreciated this! In the end we decided to stay 1 day longer, we wish we could have stayed even longer !

Cons: -the stairs to the beach are steep (after all the location is on a small hill) so you have to be fit or have a car to go down to the beach (either way its not far) -we only had butter knife in the kitchen (would have been nice to have a bread knife or something sharper) but everything else was ok!

Cons: It would have been good to have a refrigerator in the room, and the green area in front of the terrace to be more neat, it's a shame for the extraordinary sea view.

Pros: Excellent and very quiet locality with beautiful view. Beach accessible in 610 min (133 stairs). Nice pool and garden. Lot of parking place.

Cons: Missing possibility to charge electric scooter outside (ideally somewhere in parking area).

Pros: Beautiful place on the top of the hill. Sea view was amazing, just hoped that place would have been bit more close beach - but then you would lose the view. Staff guy was nice.
