Beautiful building in a great location for the Alhambra

Pros: Simple hotel with simple but adequate facilities. Beautiful old building upgraded to a hotel very sympathetically with a superb vaulted breakfast room. Loved the place, reserve car parking if you need it, it's limited space. Great location for the Alhambra which is why we stayed there.

Cons: If you need TV, very limited choice but the Internet was good enough for our streaming needs.

Pros: This is a remarkable historic casa. Stay here if you seek something unique and lovely. We looked out our window at the Alhambra gardens. The room felt like we were in a castle with richly beamed wooden ceilings. Not for those who want the predictable but absolutely if you love something special!

Miserable staff, noisy rooms -- nope

Pros: Nice Moorish courtyard. Good location close to the action with a view from the street up to the Alhambra.

Cons: The receptionist was miserable and struggled to greet us. No smiles, no welcomes, no nothing. We had a room on the ground floor. All noise echoed through the building. We were awoken on multiple occasions in the night as anyone moved around the hotel. It was as if someone were banging a wardrobe door every 20 minutes.

Coming from Canada we knew we were in old Europe. Fantastic!

Pros: Location is fantastic. View of the Alhambra, in the heart of the old town and walking distance to everything. Wonderful 15th century building, full of atmosphere and character. Comfortable beds and everything you need. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. A very special place to stay for a few days.

Cons: Nothing. It was all great.

Pros: Amazing Spanish hotel and amazing location. It's a little scary to drive there so take a taxi since the roads are so small LOL. Thank you Victor for accommodating our parking request too!

Pros: Great location at foot of Alhambra and Albaicin district so excellent base for exploring both. Very quiet at night, despite being a busy street during the day. Room was very comfortable, we were on the ground floor and useful shutter and window combination to manage light and air. Reception staff very helpful. Not too far to walk to main restaurant area. Kettle in room and small fridge / mini bar.

Cons: Didnt try breakfast as 14 euro per person seemed expensive compared to local cafes

Pros: Beautiful property at the edge of everythingedge being walk out the door and turn rightits all there. Room 15 has gorgeous views of the Alhambra. Victor was friendly, helpful and we really liked him.

Cons: We paid about $200 per night for the superior room We got a very very basic small room With small window no balcony. We had lateral view of Alhambra but also so many bulding roofs with full of AC units ( not cute ) So you have keep in mind that each superior room is different from each other Some are bigger with balcony and beautiful decor And probably some ( or the one we had room 14 ) very small no balcony and very basic. 100% not worth $200 per night !

Pros: We had Room 15, a GORGEOUS room with panoramic views of the Alhambra (even in the bathroom!) and very private. The bed and pillows were more comfortable than what i have at home! The hotel won the award for best restoration of a historic building in Spain (we saw the award), and it is obvious why it won. Beautiful place, perfect location, impeccable and highly organized, friendly staff. Absolutely worth what we paid for this room. We were sad to leave it!

Pros: We had a lovely time in this hotel. Nice staff and very clean. Amazing views of the Alhambra from the room (I've attached a photo to this review). We also got a free parking space from the hotel. All in all, excellent.

Best hotel experience in Spain!

Pros: This hotel is the perfect location if you are coming to Granada to visit the Alhambra. Very old but exceptionally well maintained boutique hotel. There are also some nice restaurants nearby for lunch.Staff (Miguel & Victor) were very helpful organizing Alhambra tickets and a private guide for us. Breakfast was a very nice buffet, including eggs or omelette freshly prepared if you want them. Highly recommend this hotel
