Pros: Fantastic little find. Great location, and the room was perfect for a family of 3. Everyone was so helpful, but especially Andrea who went out of his way to give us restaurant suggestions, and book airport transfers.

Excellent experience and cannot wait...

Pros: The room was very comfortable and it was a real treat to have breakfast in bed every day. Andrea was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: All was good. There were some light ongoing banging noises, which were slightly annoying but not a major issue.

Pros: The location of this property is very good - metro, bus, places to eat or the old town is next to the property. Rooms are clean, with nice interior. We also liked the breakfast (it is brought to the room every morning on the request) and the check-in system, no human interaction needed if you come late. We say thanks a lot for the hospitality :)

Pros: Room was excellent, nice bathroom, nice small terrace, very comfortable bed and bedding, very clean, great host and super helpful

Cons: My only drawback which ended up being a big one for me (due to sleep disruption) was the noise level. I was able to hear everything from the room that was happening in the main room due to guests leaving at 6am - perhaps this is due to being directly next the entrance, but I do think this needs to be taken care of more thoroughly by the property.

Pros: Very helpful, friendly staff. Decor of room and the large bed.

Cons: Other rooms may be quieter, but ours overlooked the main road, which was extremely busy, 24/7. Consequently, it would only be possible to open a window if you had a very high tolerance to noise.

Beautiful place, great location and...

Pros: The breakfast was lovely, brought to our room every morning. The location is fantastic, just outside the walls of Rome so in a relatively quiet area yet near different transport and also within a nice walking distance of the Spanish steps etc. Andrea in reception was extremely helpful, providing great information regarding restaurants and museums and ordered a taxi for us on our departure.

Lovely stay and would definitely...

Pros: Very friendly and welcoming with breakfast served to the room as an added bonus. Staff were very helpful in giving us maps and recommendations for places to eat which we took full advantage of - their recommendations were perfect. Perfect location - we were able to walk everywhere e.g. the colosseum, the vatican, the trevi fountain, the spanish steps etc.

That was really good 4...

Pros: There was comfortable and friendly. The big plus is that cleaning happened every day. Amazing host, everyone was nice. And also the easiest system for registration the simplest room access system. And finally this is the best location in the city. Not so far from city center, but near the amazing Villa Borgheze.
