    Unforgettable to the point of planning a future trip within the next 9 months.

    Pros: Staff, accommodations and all were fantastic. The dogs and cat on property where a calming delight along with a friendly atmosphere. Presidential suite had everything I could have asked for.
    Cons: Did not get a bottle of champagne at stated in the listing for the Presidential suite I stayed in. Also, was not told that rental of golf cart would be a separate charge .upon check out once I checked in. I was told at check out of the additional charge. That part was disappointing and unexpected.

    A nice little stay in paradise! Perfect to finish our Yucatan vacation!

    Pros: The facilities are great. You are away from the most touristy area of the island, in a nice place near the south tip. The hotel is great, with a nice private pool and a great view. It's also paired with a beach-club that you can access as you want. It was a great few days for some family rest for some "time in paradise". And the staff and owner were always very helpful!
    Cons: It was not a problem for us, as we rented a golf cart to move around, but it's a bit away from the north part of the island with has the very nice Playa Norte beach. Not a problem at all for us, but take it into account of you are staying at this hotel.

    Cons: no beach, too far away from everything else, no sidewalks, too much traffic, expensive buses & taxis you can rent golf carts and mopeds but they are also expensive. one has to have plenty of money to go yo the island.

    friendly and warm hosts, perfect location, the most authentic stay of our vacation along riviera maya.

    Pros: First of all the location is perfect. Despite what we had heard, Isla Mujeres was not at all laid backit was the most crowded place we visited on our trip to Riviera Maya but Casa de Los Suenos, at the southern end of the island was away from the hustle. It has a local flavor and most of the people using the pool and beach were not guests of the hotel but rather nearby regulars paying per day use. We loved this about it. The beach/pool/dining/bar area was a lot of fun, very lively. Excellent food there with multiple levels and activities we all enjoyed. It just had a great vibe and energy. The little rope swing and decent snorkeling were highlights
    Cons: shower was not hot. Lower pools were not clean. Stick to the upper pool or really the docks/beach are the best.

    Pros: I honestly dont think we will ever stay in a nicer hotel in the western hemisphere. We stayed in the serenity suite and the tripsdcisor photos dont do it justice, its massive and the view from the jacuzzi and shower is incredible They reserve the premium seats on the deck for hotel guests The food was incredible The staff could not do enough for you, especially Carlos and the owner when I couldnt make the parking brake on my golf cart work.
    Cons: we didnt stay long enough

    Amazing, comfortable and well-suited to our needs. Would recommend.

    Pros: Hygiene facilities were very good as well as the beds and pretty much every other part of the room. Great view of the beach, amazing swimming pool and the staff gave useful recommendations.
    Cons: The mini fridge, although being well-stocked, was quite noisy and the room was never cleaned or re-made, which might be normal practice in the hotel, but we would have preferred otherwise.
