    Pros: location and online price point compared to other lodging in vicinity.
    Cons: Dog in room next door barking all night and next door guests slamming door a dozen times all night long. I complained upon check out and the clerk said they could have moved US. I said Hotel Topeka could have moved the people causing NOISE!

    Pros: The location to the event center was awesome. Clean room
    Cons: No usb ports. Empty vending machine on the 2nd floor. Could not watch tv. Everything was ppv. And my keys quit working. Inconvenient when your not on the 1st floor and your arms are full

    If you are not used...

    Pros: Not much - The facility certainly was built to be a wonderful location by the overall appearance and parking was ample. The staff was pleasant and accommodating.
    Cons: Pretty much everything else. My room smelled like smoke but not from tobacco. There was no food and the vending machines were all empty. The restaurant was lovely but they didn't serve food. There was a breakfast buffet and the food was edible at best and the coffee was just okay. The buffet didn't open until 7 am which felt rushed to make the opening session at 8 am. The rooms were dated but clean. The shower was 50% operational. The bar was centrally located but lacked certain bar-related ingredients. The hotel was limited to basic chips and drinks for purchase without any other sundries. I walked in and liked what I saw, but it all went downhill from there. If you are not used to having amenities when you travel - this will be an adequate stay for you.

    Pros: The location as it is central to many businesses and restaurants. I also liked the layout of the hotel and the front desk staff were attentive and speedy.
    Cons: One day we were napping and a cleaner entered the room without knocking thinking the room was vacant. He apologized and was on his way but for a woman who may have been staying alone it couldve been scary.

    Pros: The breakfast was giood and the rooms were spacious
    Cons: The treadmills had sticky stuff all over them. It got on my phone, room key, my hands etc. Super gross. The shower/tubs were gross, it looked like there was a pile of dirt in the tub at all times. Very dated.
