Pros: The location was good, easy to get in and out. The bed was comfortable, room was large. AC worked good.

Cons: The bathroom was clean but not real clean. The coffee pot was dirty, had to wash it before using. The ice maker in the refrigerator did not work, we had no ice, no ice machine available. No breakfast offered. Holiday Inn is better for a little more money.

Pros: Front desk clerk was very nice.

Cons: The first room i went in the tub was full of dirt and hair! The second room the refrigerator still had food in it! The third room the tub was full of dirt. The front desk clerk checked all the room and i took videos for proof. I spoke with the on site manager who lied to me like she were going to make contact with me about the issue but did not! At check the clerk tells me i had a balance and im like no that cant be when its been taking out my account. She makes contact with the same manager that was suppose to contact me, and she walk her through the process of correcting my balance to zero.

Good location but due for a makeover

Pros: Truly the nicest staff ever! Both night and morning shift! Good location for traveling I 20. 24 hour coffee machine with good coffee. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: This hotel is very overdue for renovation!!! Very run down, carpets dirty, etc.
