Cons: Woke up early morning to find multiple BED BUGS!!!! And a cockroach on the ceiling!!! Found clumps of hair in the bathroom, this was all after we had already slept in the room to find these things once we woke up!!!

Cons: I was told the room was ready at 12 but comforters weren’t in the room. It was very dusty in the room housekeeping was little rude. It felt like I was cleaning my home because the room wasn’t really clean.

Torturous Nightmare.

Cons: Thursday, the first night of our two week reservation, at check in the staff member said we could pay weekly and that she was unsure of how to charge us for the pets and unsure if she was supposed to charge us since they are ESA's, so we could add it to our payment next week if the manager said we did have to pay the deposit. We were in room 133, on the first floor. Our microwave didn't work, but we had extra leftover from the pet deposit so we bought groceries to cook with. The couple of roaches we seen were pretty disgusting. The very next morning after I left for work (6am), The guest in the room next to ours started peeping on my spouse through the window, while she was changing, and tapping on the window. Then he came into the building and kept knocking on the door and hiding anytime someone would come into the hallway. Because she wasn't answering the door, he would go into his room and start tapping on the walls wherever she was standing while talking to me on the phone and then go back to the door and start knocking again and hiding from the peep hole. While this was going on, she called the front desk and initial complaints were brushed off by the manager (interrupting and very rude attitude) saying, "Are you sure it's not maintenance? Because, it shows here you requested maintenance." After a detailed description of the man and what he was wearing, she stopped interjecting and admitted that it was not anyone employed here and that she knew exactly who it was and finally became very professional and started acting like a manager within the hospitality industry. Once the gentleman was removed from the property, we were offered to change rooms for our safety. At first we were unsure about changing rooms but the manager said, "you will like it, it's nice. A little different but nice." We took her word for it but that was a mistake.

Pros: Got at very last minute, it worked in a pinch. Shower was good & bed was comfortable.

Cons: Room was not the cleanest, found crushed crackers near floor by bed. Needed vacuuming.

Never will go back.
