Great second stay.

Pros: 2nd time staying here in the last week and this stay was as good as if not better than the first. Was late at night when I booked but the management was quick to get me checked in. Everything clean and organized and convenient location.

Cons: No complaints. Great room for a great price.

Pros: The check in process was quick and easy. Quickly found my room which was clean and organized. Having the microwave and refrigerator in room is convenient. Great place to stay for a great price. Will definitely stay here again.

Cons: There really wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was easy as far as booking and checking in and the rooms were clean and decorated thoughtfully.

Pros: A memorable stay. I like that it’s a 3C hotel: clean, comfortable and close to everything. These are the things I always look for. And with this small boutique hotel I have found what I am looking for.

Pros: Totally enjoyed my stay was able to check in extremely late like 2:00 in the morning due to just arriving in the city and everyone was so accommodating with making sure that they took my payment and was able to give me set and in a room within 20 minutes of notifying them which was phenomenal also the owner and the manager came by and bought us a complimentary bottle of organic wine which was amazing and chocolates

Pros: Wonderful stay. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Close to everything, including restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out with my personal digital lock codes. I will definitely visit again.

Pros: My wife and I are European. We grew up together in a town in Europe. I know, a very romantic story, but more on that another day. We feel this boutique hotel has a European vibe and style. We don’t like large chain hotels with a plastic feel and big neon signs that all look the same and have no personality. Some people like those kinds of hotels and that’s great for them, but it doesn’t match our personal preferences. We like the European, apartment-style feel of this hotel. It reminds us of home. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and clean. The hotel is secure with every guest having their own unique digital lock code to get in to the front door and a separate digital lock code for their room. We like that the hotel is close to everything and that we can walk to all the restaurants and stores we enjoy. I looked up the hotel on Walk Score and this hotel has Walk Store of 99 out of 100. That’s important for us because we grew up walking to every place and the ability of being in the center of everything and walking to the places we like is one of the most important criteria for us.

Not worth it. Not enough...

Pros: Hot water worked. Price and location are fine. Good to have a fridge and microwave. Pillows. Elevator worked. This is more like a cheap apartment. VERY small, can hardly turn around.

Cons: Paint falling offf the wall. Shampoo bottles were like in a public restroom, half filled with water and on the floor because the shower shelf is broken off and not repaired. Bed was HORRIFIC! Huge pressed down hole in the middle. Very old from overuse. This is reason enough not to stay. I had to try to sleep on the top edge of the bed. It was quite loud from street noise, lots of smoke coming in the windows. Kind of a shady, blank corner. Hard to see from the road. It's not the tenderloin but I got an online deal at Holiday Inn a block away for about the same price and it's a different universe. The price is not low enough to justify the lack of care for the apartment/hotel room.

Pros: Everything is nearby especially the public transportation. You can get buses within 0.2-0.3 miles and bart station in 1 miles. No worries about travel option and restaurants there are enough options from the stay. Had an amazing time in Calista and their hospitality.

Pros: The location where it’s placed is perfect to go out and the staffs are very humble when there is a house keeping required. Most importantly the price comparatively very cheap as other hotels and clean. You have everything to do over here as a guest being treated better.

Pros: Nothing. Location : bad area. Building: terrible and not a real hotel. Room: dirty and absolutely not similar to the pictures. Most of the reviews on Booking are fake.

Pros: I am European and I am staying here with my husband. I feel this boutique hotel is a pearl in the center of SF. It's within walking distance of all my favorite restaurants and stores. I like the privacy, safety and digital locks unique to each guest for the front door and each room. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It feel it's like having my own cute little apartment in San Francisco while visiting one of my favorite cities.
