Cons: It is ridiculously expensive. Falsely advertised, do not be fooled by the pictures. its NOT 4 star its more like a 1.5 The place is not 10 minutes from the city its 20 minutes Its not a Hotel it is a residential block of apartments, there is no where to get food or drink, you have to go off the property and there is only a couple of places to choose from which are closed on a Monday. There is no overnight security at the apartments and I was informed that there has been break ins recently. There were residents above our apartment and they were extremely noisy throughout the night, for two nights. The bathroom was modern but the apartment was dated and smelt. I was itching the whole time I was in the apartment, there are tiny bugs everywhere. There is a tiny reception and the staff were lovely, very pleasant and helpful.

Pros: Our accommodation was better then expected, it was well presented, clean, all amenities needed for a great stay. The view was outstanding. The pool was awesome, the location was perfect. We would recommend it to everyone.

Pros: Location is by the beach. Everything happens during the day and is quite quiet at night, which was ideal for us. Late check in procedure worked perfectly.

Cons: The kitchen could have been cleaner. Cutlery and cutlery drawer were dirty. Communication could have been better, some of it came across as spam and not actually from the resort.

Superb

Pros: I stayed for 9 nights in this resort (in beach view room) and am very happy with the accommodation. It has almost all basic amenities you need like an induction stove, microwave, washing machine, dryer, toaster etc. I also used the swimming pool which was a great addition to our stay. The location of the resort was ideal for me as it was close 10-15 min drive (as I had a hire car) to Cairns CBD. Also, because it avoids the traffic lights of Cairns, it took less time to get to other places outside Cairns city centre such as Kuranda Skyrail, Atherton, Port Douglas, Mossman, Gorge etc. I will definitely return again to this accommodation if I cone Cairns again :)

Cons: Only minor issue is availability of WIFI and 4G/5G in the area the resort is located.

Pros: Its a beautifully maintained pool area and gardens, the staff were very helpful. I would say a car is a definite if you want to get places although there is a regular bus service a few yards from resort but it stops quite early in evening. There are a couple good restaurants walking distance. A coffee shop. These properties seem to be independent owners who rent out and/or stay in them. Therefore each unit is maintained differently.

Cons: The fact that they are individually owned as stated meant that ours was nothing like the pictures and was a bit tired. But at the end of day it was just a base and had everything we needed.
