Great stay, wonderful staff, great breakfast.

Pros: The staff were so helpful on check in as it was very late. The lady went out of her way to try and find us a restaurant as just about everything was closed. The breakfast in the morning was amazing. They even had cereal and scrambled eggs which was a treat. My kids were well and truly over chocolate cornettos for breakfast.

Cons: The room could do with updating but nevertheless it was comfortable.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful the a c unit started leaking they had a cleaner up in a few minutes to sort out the puddle on the floor and the maintenance man in 20 minutes they could not fix it but changed my room straight away they were very efficient.

Cons: No USB ports in the electric sockets, so needed an adapter. Not good in 2023. Also they had a vending machine for some food and snacks and cigarettes but it only took cash not contactless. Not ideal

Pros: Good location, staff very welcoming and helpful, air conditioning, private parking (even though it was always open), unbelievable buffet for breakfast with salmon, fresh milk, many cakes and a gluten free corner

Cons: Infrastructures definitely need an upgrade, no socket plugs by the bed, very outdated bathroom like sink and toilet flush, not even once was our room tidied even though we left the tag outside asking them to please tidy it

Awesome breakfast and a great location.

Pros: The staff is really nice, the breakfast is excellent and the variety is more than adequate, I give special mention to the proseco and the double espresso in the morning. The room has a special touch with its marble floor, I really enjoyed the bathtub. The hotel is 6 minutes distance on foot from the bus station, from where you can get super easily to Poetto or Calamosca beaches, or even to the city centre.

Cons: To be realistic, no, there is nothing I didnt liked. We are satisfied. You need to be confortable with having no carpets on the floor.

Pros: Nice property with spacious and well furnished rooms. The breakfast options (savoury and sweet) were pretty good. The restaurant is exceptional! I do recommend to try it if you are staying at the hotel premises.

Cons: It is a bit old-fashioned and would probably require some renewal works.

We had a nice stay, we recommend the hotel

Pros: Big, spatious, tasteful hotel. We booked for 2 adults and one 8-year old, and expected a big room with one big bed and one child-bed. We got a very nice suite, with 2 rooms and a big tv. The breakfast was great, and such nice staff. Parking was free and the cleaning lady cleaned our room even at 4pm, as one day we left the room that late.
