Absolutely loved the location, the sky bar, the beachside restaurant and the food was fantastic.

Pros: The food was all very good, enjoyed the breakfast. The reservation restaurant was outstanding for service and food for evening meals. The poolside service was impeccable! The grounds were beautiful and well-kept. Enjoyed the lobby and sky bar and live music., lovely place to relax before dinner. The ocean-view rooms were updated and pleasant. We were overall very impressed with the hotel, staff and food and would stay here again! We enjoyed the smaller more intimate setting compared to a mega resort.

Cons: Pool was a little too warm. Poolside food could be improved. Coffee service in the lobby always was empty. The bathroom sink faucet was broken. Bed is a little uncomfortable. Lounge music was a little disappointing with the DJ. The lighting in the lobby bar was FAR too bright and warm!

Cant wait to book our visit next year!

Pros: What didnt I like about it!? Food was so good! We signed up for the theme dinner each night. You can make reservations at the Concierge desk at 9am, get there a little early to line up. Servers at the pool were so friendly, especially Jorge! What an all around great guy! Everything was very clean. We had the same waiters for our dinner and they provided amazing service (cant remember their names). The singer we had in the lobby was so good. You should have him all the time. The other 2 nights it was a DJ. The Violinist in the Sky Bar was so talented, as well as the Flutist that played at dinner.

Cons: I wished the music they played in the lobby went until 11pm, not 9:30pm.

Cons: There was very limited non pork breakfast options. need to offer turkey bacon, and not so many pork products. I was reduced to coffee, omelette, fruit and parfait in the mornings, because we could not eat a majority of the breakfast items, which had pork in them.

Overall great place for the money!

Pros: Everything!! It was a girls trip. Room was a little small but still good. Great view! Food was great as was the staff and service. Chose it for the location and all inclusive. Incredible value for what we received. Would definitely stay there again!

Cons: Cant think of anything we didnt like. The only minor issue we had the first day, fridge was stocked with mostly sodas and only 2 waters. We dont drink sodas. We had to ask a few times to get more water. They responded with you have sodas. Finally just asked them to swap out the sodas for water. Also, all other all inclusive Ive stayed at have alcohol stocked in the room. This one does not. If you want a drink in your room you have to go down to the bar. Not a big deal if your room is conveniently located.

This was a very enjoyable stay!

Pros: We ate all our meals at the Sunset restaurant on the ocean. Staff was great, breakfast was cooked and served to you. Fresh fruit and juice were available and just about anything you could think of in terms of hot breakfast. Lovely location overlooking the beach.

Cons: This was our first stay in an all inclusive resort. We were not impressed by the behaviour of a few of the guests and dismayed by how much drinking there was. Also, the property had a no smoking policy but several guests smoked at the lobby door or on the beach in front of the resort.

Perfect for a short stay.

Pros: The breakfast was great. You could choose the buffet or the sea side restaurant. The location was very safe. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: It was perfect for a 3 night stay. Perhaps not enough variety or activities for a longer stay.

Enjoyed the location and the staff. Food was mostly pretty good, especially breakfasts.

Pros: The breakfast was great. The ladies who cooked the eggs were excellent! Jorge, Celso, Carlos, were excellent waiters and the concierge was very informative and helpful. There were many others who were great, actually, all of them! We also loved Jorge, who played the piano, and he asked us to sing with him regularly after he heard us singing along once. Loved him and that experience! Both of us are singers who perform together in Canada.

Cons: The towels were removed after only 15 minutes of being away from them, not leaving time for a quick meal or a swim. Other resorts give at least 45 minutes which is much more reasonable. I understand the need to make sure places arent claimed for long periods of absentee times but 15 minutes is ridiculous.

Overall, we had a lovely time.

Pros: Location is very nice. Close to some good restaurants. So much food and drink available.

Cons: I would have liked my wrist bracelet to be more streamlined without the long ribbons tickling and getting in food. We also were a bit surprised to see signs for the privileged group. Maybe another name like Silver Pass, Gold,Phoenix would differentiate the different levels of service.

Pros: It was close to a lot of things to do!

Cons: Lots of pigeons which is hard to not have. Some staff was great others not so great. First night left a bad impression.
