TERRIBLE SERVICE

Pros: TERRIBLE SERVICE! Nothing I liked about this hotel.

Cons: Management that dont take any action when you raise issues. Staff that arent helpful in the breakfast area. They charge you 50USD for airport pick up yet its only 20-25USD when you flag a regular taxi outside. Drinks and food prices are ridiculously expensive here. Wont be coming back. I really dont see how others see this as 5 star let alone 3 star.

Pros: Borei Angkor Resort & Spa is the best hotel in Siem Reap. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel part of the family and treated like royalty. The hotel has all the amenities you could ever need and the architecture was beautiful. Room was spacious and comfortable. The balcony had a fantastic view of the pool.The breakfast was delicious with a great choice of both western and Asian cuisine. The Bakan Restaurant never failed to impress us both with the foods, drinks and service. We would recommend Borei Angkor Resort to anyone who wishing to visit Siem Reap Angkor Cambodia. We will come back and stay here again

Pros: breakfast with many menus and very good taste. The pool is clean and the staff is very helpful which assists all I need. room is very spacious with one balcony and facility in the room are just perfect.

Everything was great during my stay

Pros: Just a short stay for work in Siem Reap. The breakfast was wonderful you can have everything as a buffet. My favorite is the Cambodian noodle soup. The room was large with balcony to view the pool of the hotel.
