    The staff are extremely exceptional starting from the guys who did our pick up from the airport, then to reception staff

    Pros: The place was just so nice. Location was perfect in front of the white sand. The live band at night is really great!
    Cons: There is no lift going to 5th floor to get the breakfast or it might be faulty during our stay.

    U can find other resorts better wont come again

    Pros: Location in station 2
    Cons: So smelly Smell is very bad We booked premium suite Jacuzzi in the middle of the room not working All the way from the elevator till our room the smell is so bad I dont recommend booking transfer back from them .. they charge us 950 piso and the company was southwest u can book online for only 750 piso Although there wasnt many ppl with us, the bus didnt wait and left us behind Towels and bed sheets were very used and old

    Pros: I was very disappointed with the telephone reservation team, as i booked through booking.com application i was already charged on the 3rd of july but the hotel double charged me again on the 10th of july the day of my check in before I arrived, when i called them and explained them the issue they were very rude and did not support my claim even as i had sent them the proof that i was double charged they did not coordinate and kept on telling me to contact booking.com even though the second charge was directly done by the hotel, eventually I contacted booking.com and eventually got it sorted, but there was not even a proper apology from the hotel staff which comes to show the unprofessionalism of the staff.

    A good place to stay in the heart of boracay, staff are more than excellent, breakfast was great

    Cons: the hotel is very dirty. and it smells bad. Very old . The outdoor pool in the booking pictures is not used. Trickery. There was a mouse in my room.

    Pros: Staff was attentive and friendly, specially the front desk.
    Cons: The only issue is the breakfast needs work, ie. food could have been warmer, but still good since part of the room rate.
