Not worth for the price as you can find good hotels in the beach front

Pros: The staffs are accomodating and very helpful, they provided us with all our needs.

Cons: The location is very far from the beach, plus limited mode of transportation, we have to rent a car everytime we have to go out which is 600PHP per 1 way or almost 12 USD. The location of our room is far from the lobby where we need to use the stairs, not advisable if you have seniors

Pros: Loved breakfast, the pool was great, the views were amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot water worked unlike other places in Phillipines. It was affordable.

Cons: Feels like the owners arent putting back into the resort, both with understaffed and maintenance everything works but things that dont affect you arent being looked after ie tiles falling off in the pool. The location is its greatest asset but also its greatest weakness. Our driver knew almost every short cut in Bohol but couldnt find this place. For anyone else tell your driver to go to Mayacabac Elementary School then turn up the road opposite the school, then turn right near the top of the hill

Great! We will be very happy to re-book at the BV Resort in the future.

Pros: Fabulous view from large and comfortable room. Friendly, cheerful and very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Good value accommodation in a great setting.

Cons: Some of the fittings getting a little tired, but not a problem and does not affect the quality of the stay, just an observation.

Pros: The view is as expected, amazing. The bed was gorgeous, super comfy and huge (even with my partner taking 2/3rds of it) the pool was lovely with the same view, the restaurant offered a good selection of foods, and was nice. The buffet in the morning was good too, with a nice selection for all tastes. Staff were super friendly, and even let me borrow a bike just to nip to the shop (there's one at the very bottom of the hill, but I wouldn't want to walk it) AC was great, and the TV was working perfectly too. Toilet and bathroom were a good size and the shower was hot.

Cons: I did have some issues with the room... The WiFi for our room didn't work, so we had to use another rooms WiFi, which was a bit slow. The bathroom door locked itself from the inside and we couldn't unlock it, so for the evening and until the next day we had to walk across the hotel to use a different rooms bathroom. It was fixed in the morning but it was annoying. The room service was inconsistent, I could never get hold.of them if I wanted to order food or ask if they could remove the plates from the room, or to ask about fixing the WiFi. Though if you left the room and found someone they were happy to help.

Pros: The staff were very friendly, helpful and competent - special thanks again to Josephine and Joseph. We loved the huge (covered!) terrace - with lounge chairs! - and the view was wonderful. The room was very spacious and clean. On most days we had a served (not buffet) breakfast - and the served breakfast was fantastic, esp. the waffles, shashuka and milkfish. The Panorama restaurant was also very good, esp. the pizza.

Cons: Room #2 was quite noisy because it's directly below the kitchen; I imagine the other rooms are noticeably quieter. Location is fine if you have your own transport (we did).

Pros: The view from the balcony was amazing! The whole building offers a great view of Bohol and the ocean, also the pool area is really nice. Food was really good, we ate both days in the hotel. The restaurant has an inside and an outside area, both with a view as well. Staff was friendly.

Cons: We didn't have any pressure on our shower, hardly any water was coming out. When we asked the staff, they said they are going to fix it, but nothing happened during our stay. Also the room service is a bit interesting, because it says you should call reception, but there is no phone in the room. Everything seemed a bit outdated, and I think so much could be done with a little fix here and there. The minigolf course is so cute, but it's not possible to play anything there as it seems to be not taken care of.

The staff are really helpful and are very hospitable. Location was superb and a value for money

Pros: On top of the mountain with the view of the Tagbilaran strait which separates Tagbilaran and Panglao Island while having your own big balcony with a couple of swings. Very relaxing. A great location to be away. The view is their main selling point.

Cons: The telephone was not working and was not fixed during our 3 nights of stay as well as wifi for our room. Big screen television but a bit outdated. Breakfast can be improved and meal prices are a bit expensive.
