    It was a fabulous special experience

    Pros: The property is beautiful. Its on an old coconut plantation and there are tons of native trees and plantings and the pathways, seating areas and buildings are carefully laid out to create privacy and something new around every corner. So many little thoughtful touches throughout the stay from the free personal water bottles to the daily free iced tea and refill off a cold water from housekeeping. The ability to reserve your beach chairs was great and the beach service was nice. The staff was wonderful and so helpful and booked some fantastic tours. The poolside happy hour was fun and we had the best food on our trip at the hotel restaurant. We also really enjoyed the massages at the spa. Everything done to perfection.
    Cons: The property is about a five minute walk to the beach, which we knew ahead of time and I much prefer the tranquillity and beauty of this hotel to the big chains on the beach. However, it is not the most pleasant walk to the beach. You have to walk up a road with delivery entrances and mechanics for a hotel on one side and parked cars and vans on the other. A short walk, but not the most pleasant, and Im sure it was safe (since Aruba is a very safe island), but it made me nervous and I wouldnt do it alone. There is a transport during the day that runs every once and awhile.

    Exceptional service and comfortable stay

    Pros: The vibe is really great and the casitas are super cute as they are all individual houses. Definitely has the luxury boutique feeling. Inside the property, it has enough amenities and even ice box for the beach. Everything is very well thought through, we have had a super stay. It gives you a feeling that you are in the forest as its surrounded by palm trees. The hotel staff are super helpful and Demy has been a star for us during our stay. Her level of service has been personal and great in human touch, we really appreciate her effort of finding us the perfect restaurant. We feel so comfortable and well looked after.
    Cons: There is nothing we dont like about the property, only one thing will be there are a lot of mosquitoes around. Although the hotel has provided us the spray; there are still a lot.

    A magical and authentic Aruban experience

    Pros: This boutique hotel is an experience in and of itself. The property is beautiful, and the casitas are tucked among lush foliage and multiple spotless saltwater pools with hammocks and palapa sand lean tos for ample shade. The food at the coco cafe was the best in the area with fresh smoothies and local drinks, and healthy lunch and dinner options, all delicious. The spa and fitness room is just steps away from the casitas and the massage therapists are talented and professional. To top it off there are friendly lizards and iguanas that stop by to say hi every once in a while. The beach is not even a five minute walk away with food service and many shaded palapas you can reserve on one of Arubas most beautiful beaches. The cleaning and landscaping crews keep the grounds immaculate and the casitas and facilities spotless and cozy. Theres also a cute little shuttle named Chichi that runs every hour. The boardwalk boutique hotel made our honeymoon experience in Aruba unforgettable and we will be returning in the future. I would not stay anywhere else but here.

    Never have I gone somewhere with an idealized hope and expectation and had it met and exceeded like I did at this hotel.

    Pros: Loved the 1 bedroom casita for the amount of space, amenities, and comfort. Loved the property for all of the details of the tropical garden with so many nooks to discover. Loved the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff; never have I been somewhere that housekeeping also means they replenish coffee pods and supplies as well as refill the iced tea carafe and water bottle in the fridge. I just loved everything about this hotel.

    Fantastic place to stay for peace and tranquility but close enough to nightlife if you wished to walk out

    Pros: Excellent staff without exception but Cindy is worth 10 stars fantastic personality, nice rooms we stayed 305 top floor nice sun deck in the afternoon, maybe the downstairs rooms are more in the shade
    Cons: Would have been nice if coco cafe stayed open later, closed 7.30/8.00pm

    This is truly a hidden gem and the best place to stay on the island!

    Pros: Very clean, you feel like you are in the middle of a tropical island. Landscaping and decor is beautifully done. At night time the property really shows how pretty the setting is. The staff goes above and beyond to enhance your stay. The owners certainly take pride in their resort and thats why we always come back here.
    Cons: Going through a bit of construction was noisy at times but understandable. Would like to see a cash option to pay our tab at checkout. US charges high fees on international card use.

    Outstanding, everything we could want and more

    Pros: We loved everything about this hotel!!! It's gorgeous. Would highly recommend it! The pool area is so cute, the happy hour drinks are delicious, and the food is so tasty. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Our casita was perfect, it had everything we could want and more. We would 100% go back tomorrow if we could. We are sad to leave. It's like a little piece of tropical paradise.

    We had an amazing time at the Boardwalk! Can't wait to return!

    Pros: I enjoyed many things about this hotel. I liked that it was akin to an airbnb. I also greatly enjoyed the pool, especially the happy hour , and the fact that it was open 24 hours. The staff was extremely accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed. They provided shampoo and conditioner pumps, all kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, etc., a shuttle service,, beach towels, and even chairs and snorkeling equipment for our sightseeing beach trips!
    Cons: There wasn't much that we didn't like!

    Our first trip to Aruba and it exceeded our expectations!

    Pros: Boardwalk Boutique Hotel Aruba was better than we even imagined it would be! The room was spotless, the pool was beautiful and it was just a short walk to the beach (or you can take the beach shuttle). You can easily reserve a palapa via the front desk for the next day. We had an incredible stay and can't wait to stay at Boardwalk Boutique Hotel Aruba again in the future!
