Cons: The daytime front desk gal was superb!! Then I met the night time gal and she was rude. I get people have "off days" but it was totally unprofessional and I didn't want to deal with them again.

Pros: I like the people and the location of the property. The rooms are usually confutable and clean and plenty of room.

Cons: I have stayed at this place many times and mostly enjoy it. Just seems every time I go there which is a couple of times a year, they never do repairs or upgrades to the rooms. The room I was in 121 which I have stayed in many times is in need of repairs and seems the same each time with noting done.

Pros: I know Morro Bay very well and chose this place on purpose. Including knowing it was close to Dorns .. one if our favorite places . There was a relatively new employee who is doing a great job .. I have been in the Hotel and Hospitality industry for 40+ years.. I requested an upgrade which was a fair price and myself and my sons enjoyed the balcony.. you ought to keep her .. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name.. thank you for the stay! Breakfast was a nice touch!

Cons: We were happy.. especially after having had a bad stay at one of my favorite properties in Pismo .. I’ve known the Owner personally 40 years and cannot believe they know what’s happening there.
