Cons: Staff was rude, management company is horrible. Kept getting random texts and then they would tell me to ignore, jacuzzi was not serviced so we couldnt use for a whole night, blamed us for a damaged toaster that we never used! Absolutely horrible. I will never stay here again. As an investor myself I feel bad for the property owners as their property is being mismanaged and losing great paying customers like us who go to Aruba frequently. What a shame.
