Cons: restaurant closed and no info team not really friendly no terrasse (work) with no information again and 2 nights and my room was not done the second day.

Pros: Nice building, place, rooms, position, staff.

Cons: The air conditioning pipe that was positioned to push hot air outside of the window forced the window to stay open, with just a small tent to isolate from the ourside noise (and the train station is noisy)

Pros: Excellent location. Meals in restaurant good.

Cons: Lack of staff. Breakfast totally self-service (completely reliant on machines which didn't always work) with no staff to help. Temporary air conditioning unit in room which you had to have the window open in order to operate. This resulted in hearing the busy traffic noise below . Lack of security as reception not always staffed.

Pros: Centrally located hotel with spacious rooms

Cons: Can be a little noisy depending on location of room. Took a long time to be served in the bar even though it was not busy and barman was rude

Pros: The rooms were large and the hotel is very central

Cons: It can be noisy as it is next to the train station. The staff in general were helpful and friendly however we had an unpleasant experience with one of the barman who was very rude and aggressive

Cons: Seriously bad. The receptionist told us to park immediately outside the hotel in one of two spaces, removing the locked post of the parking space. About 10:15pm, when asleep in our room, a man called Ivan (night staff) was banging on our door. I got out of bed to speak to him. He demanded that we move our car immediately, as another guest had reserved the car parking space. I told him we had been out for dinner and had been drinking alcohol, and I could not move the car. He still demanded I moved the car, and suggested he would drive the car somewhere. I would not give the keys to my Maserati filled with personal belongings to a stranger in the middle of the night. He said he would speak to his manager and would be back to speak to me again. He did not come back, but 20 minutes later, we were again woken up by the Receptionist calling us on the telephone. She did not know of our discussion with Ivan. We had a very disturbed night following all this. I moved my car at 7:00 am in the morning. We were very annoyed by the behaviour of the hotel staff

Probably wont stay here again

Pros: Staff were ok at dinner. Food was better than expected

Cons: It was very noisy from the road. The air con was laughable ( a hose out the window with a portable air con unit, which allowed even more road noise.) It wasnt feasible to go anywhere from the hotel. I am a wheelchair user.
