Pros: The apartment was so spacious, with veiw of the pool and ocean.

Comfortable and had everything we needed for short stay accommodation.

Pros: Spacious inside the unit.. Close to where we wanted to be.. secure parking.. Overall cleanliness was good. Heated pool and Spar area was spacious. Ocean view from our room.

Cons: The mattresses need cleaning (stained) No garbage bags in the kitchen bin.

Pros: Staff were amazing. Super friendly and approachable.

Cons: No air-conditioning in the main bedroom. The air conditioning located in the living area wasn't suitable to reach the bedrooms, making it quite warm of a night. Also, there is no TV in the main bedroom. The main bedroom also had two single beds together, and the mattresses need replacing, making a rather uncomfortable sleep. Nothing major, but when I stay away, I like those extra things. If given options, I would choose something with more, but if nothing is available, I would stay again.

Cons: The staff were rude to my 15 year old sister when she went down to reception and asked for another towel. She was told 'no you can't have one, wash the one you have already'. The apartment had horrible water pressure and one of the shower heads was that close to the glass screen it was unable to be used and 6 of us had to share the main bedrooms ensuite. The apartment was advertised to have a large double bed when infact it was just 2 single beds pushed together. One was softer than the other. Not Ideal for a couple that like to sleep together and not apart. The main bedroom didn't have aircon like the pictures showed. The apartment didn't have a spa bath like the pictures showed. We were looking forward to relaxing in a bath together. Decided to watch a movie together as a family, but the tv had lines through it that no one could put up with. We also booked for 6 guests and got an apartment with a 3 seater and 2 seater couch. I'm almost certain the picture showed a 6 seater couch. So for the short time we tried to watch a movie someone had to sit on the floor. Was definitely not the best birthday get away. Don't think I'll return to this place again.

Pros: The view was great, the size of the apartment was great. The location was good, nice and handy to the beach. A nice stroll to the main area for dining and attractions. Appreciated the undercover parking.

Cons: The spa was not working the whole time we were there. The reception was closed on arrival, and we would have appreciated it if there was someone at reception. This meant there was no instruction on the ins and outs of the apartment. The clothes rack for drying laundry was rusted and broken we did discuss with reception the next day and they were to get us a replacement. It was temporarily repaired with blue - tack and sticky tape and we had 7 nights there and not seen anyone re this. There were not enough towels in the room for 3 people again had to ask for more at reception the next day. We felt for the cost of the accommodation we would have expected better. We received our departure onformation on a laminated card shoved under the door night before our departure. Again no one in reception on the morning of departure which meant we could not leave any feedback we did not leave until weel after 9 am which is when reception is to open.

Cons: Two sing mattress just put together for main bed and a room for six yet couch space for five (these are improvements they could make)
