A great stay

Pros: We booked a suite. Though perhaps not enormous, it was very comfortable and clean. The double bed was perfect. Different pillow types are available (on previous order) All necessary amenities were there. The bathroom was spacious and clean. A special mention for the awesome buffet breakfast. Not to be missed!!!

A brilliant hotel, in an...

Pros: The hotel was in an excellent location, very close to the tram stop, allowing you to get to all of the tourist attractions, quickly and easily. Public transport in Vienna is excellent, so if you stay centrally you will be fine. The welcome we recieved upon arrival was brilliant, with an indepth explanation of the locality, how to get to places, a few recommendations of markets, local restaurants etc... Our whole stay was excellent and would highly recommend the hotel.

Cons: The only minor complaint from myself was the bed, it came with two seperate duvets, one for me and one for my partner, which for someone like myself didn't work very well. But this is a very minor gripe, overall our stay was excellent.

Pros: The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were amazing, so welcoming and friendly, and the breakfast selection was excellent. Ideal location, within walking distance of city centre. I would definitely stay here again! 10 out of 10

Good value for money and good location.

Pros: The staff was very polite and friendly

Cons: There were a techical fault (battery flat) with the door lock which took one hour to fix. Glad I was not in a hurry.
